Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathrooms could use some updating, and the rooms were a bit noisy. We also didn't have a balcony and weren't able to open any windows. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay.

Gut geführtes Haus, für den Preis müsste es an den Standard angepasst werden, niemals Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen buchen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, freundliches Personal, insgesamt gepflegt und sauber, gutes Frühstück am Pool

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war auf zwei Ebenen, das ist unpraktisch, dazu insgesamt eng. Eine ziemlich steile Treppe führt zum Schlafbereich unter dem Dach. Das Bad war ausgesprochen unkomfortabel, keine Duschkabine, nur Badewanne, kaum Abstellfläche, nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Noisy corridor, you could hear people chatting in the corridors at 6am and also there was an alarm on rooms doors that was going off when doors left open. You could hear that from one room to another.

Great stay in Nafplion old town
Pros:

Very nice rooms, great classical look. Also very cool to have a mirror TV.
Breakfast was also nice, great Greek options, and very kind staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning was quite loud in the middle setting, but on the low setting it was perfectly fine.

Beautiful stay with perfect location.
Pros:

Beautiful and attentive customer service. Always accommodating to our family with two small children. Breakfast was lovely and location was spot on!!

posizione e atmosfera (hotel storico ristrutturato 2nda linea sul mare e inizio area pedonale) parcheggio libero a 200 metri al porto. letto molto comodo, lenzuola e salviette top. Colazione di ottima qualità

Cons:

mancano piani di appoggio (sia per valigie che per altri oggetti) in camera pur essendo decisamente ampia, idem in bagno, E' pulito ma serve manutenzione: muri un pò scrostati, rubinetteria e guarnizioni bagno e phon da sostituire (vecchiotti e rovinati). La piscina (ma dalle foto già si vedeva) è giusto una piccola vasca per rinfrescarsi
