Pros:

The room is very very spacious and has a proper size balcony. The room was on the back side of the building overlooking a stream.

Cons:

The hotel is built in several sections and my room was in the old section of the hotel. The decor of the hallways is somewhat outdated and the elevator feels a bit sketchy.

Pros:

The hotel was close to lots of nice restaurants.
Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. Had a little balcony too which was nice.
On arrival the staff were lovely especially Denis, he was very helpful and friendly.
I would stay at this hotel again

Het personeel maakt het
Pros:

De ontvangst, zeker Valerie niet te vergeten. Die heeft alles gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat het verblijf beter dan verwacht is geworden. Ook de dame aan de bar was vriendelijk en maakte gezellig een praatje.
Het zwembad, heerlijk, beetje koud maar wel fijn.
Kamer en badkamer compleet en ruim.
Koelkastje, tv, alles aanwezig.

Un remanso de paz
Pros:

Me encanto la ubicación , la zona de la piscina es perfecta, con el sonido del rio de fondo, súper tranquilidad, por la mañana era un remanso de paz. El wi-fi del hotel funciona muy bien por todas las zonas. El personal es muy amable y atento, es lo mejor del hotel te hacen la estancia súper agradable.

Cons:

Lo q hemos encontrado peor es el tema de las comidas, el desayuno está mejor pero las cenas muy flojas, hay muy poca cosa y no de mucha calidad, si volvemos lo haremos sin coger cena porque es demasiado pobre.
Falta una zona un poco apartada para estar por la noche para poder leer y tomarte una copa, solamente estan los sofas de la entrada q estas realmente en la recepción y luego la zona del bar son sillas incomodas.

Fin de semana fantástico en familia
Pros:

Es un hotel con un personal muy amable y atento en todo momento, te tratan con mucho cariño tanto en recepción, bar, restaurante y el personal de limpieza.
Las habitaciones se nota que son algo antiguas pero es algo que no es incompatible con la comodidad y limpieza así que, para mí, no resta.
En mi caso era doble y dentro tenía un baño y un aseo y eso es de gran valor cuando viajas con adolescentes. Calidad de los desayunos y comidas excelente, al igual que la organización de esos momentos donde, gracias a tener un gran comedor y buenos camareros, no notas ningún agobio o demora. Gran detalle del aperitivo y del agua en la despedida. Sin duda repetiremos. Gracias a todo el staff por hacerlo posible.

Cons:

Por decir alguna cosa para que se pueda mejorar sería a nivel de los exteriores. La piscina si que es cierto que, después de la temporada de verano, se veía verde los laterales. Así que un ajuste del mantenimiento y perfecta. Igual que el minigolf, perfecto con un poco de mantenimiento. Pero son instalaciones que agradeces tenerlas.

Las instalaciones en general, la limpieza podría ser mejor y las opciones de entretenimiento para familias y huéspedes (zona de juego para niños, piscina y bar.Todo es viejo y descuidado. La piscina sucia y sin climatizar. En fin en la zona hay hoteles mucho mejores por el mismo precio o menos. Muy mediocre todo.
