Er werd geen medewerking verleend om de boeking van 3 naar 2 personen te wijzigen. Er werd aangegeven dat dit niet mogelijk was doordat we via Booking hadden geboekt. Echter in het hotel de dag ervoor was dit reeds gelukt. Toen we dat proces toelichtte, bleek dat men het niet wilde. Vervolgens kregen we wel een 2-persoonskamer en hebben we 3x voor ontbijt betaald. Daarnaast adverteren ze met airco. Maar die doet het niet. Erg warm op de kamer.
