Was a great 1 nighter with 2 kids and they loved the Mario room.
Pros:

The cost was affordable, including buffet breakfast

Cons:

The buffet breakfast didn’t have any gluten free bread or many options.
The pool was extremely cold for this time of the year.

Great location, staff were lovely.

Indoor pool and spa was great.

Cons:

We were on the 18th floor and could hear a lot of noise during the night (was a very windy night) hotel manager agreed to have us moved to a different floor if wanting too.

Location was good, room was clean at check in and is cleaned everyday. Electronics were functioning well although side lamp cant be turned on.

Best value in Melbourne, you'll stay here twice like we did
Pros:

-Good location as there are many places to eat and visit within a 15 min walk and the bus station is at a near corner
-Price paid was very good and great when compared to similarly priced hotels
-There is a bar and a Japanese restaurant downstairs
-Pool and gym were a welcome addition
-Room was equipped with a stove and microwave
-Staff is very accommodating and friendly

Cons:

Beds could be more comfortable
We also stayed here twice and both times the shower floors leaked water into the bathroom
Rooms and hallways can smell very bleach-like and stale
Pool and wet area can get very crowded with loud children

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

Location, clean, undercover carpark.

Cons:

Lifts to rooms above 16 were difficult to obtain from basement. Our room was located next to a maintenance room, sounded like a/c compressor was going on and off all night.

Very noisey room, was like everyone’s external part of the air cons was outside my window. Kinda like an idling truck. Gym an pool were closed in the morning for maintenance which is one of the reasons I chose to stay there.
