Great family friendly stay.
Pros:

The room was a good space, enough for the kids to have space to move around and the beds were a good size for cosleeping. It didn’t feel too small for 4 people. The furnitures were a bit on the old side but still useable and had all the things that you would need. Location was pretty good too, not too far a walk to melbourne central and flinders. There were a lot of families with children so it didn’t feel like a place where you had to worry too much about being weary. The pool was really good, especially being able to warm up in the big hot tub. Great for kids to enjoy with floaties for little ones as it’s one level deep.

Cons:

Some things were maybe getting a bit wobbly and maybe due for an update soon. Chairs in the room/pool ladder,etc

The pool was said to be 28degrees but definitely feel more like 20 which is a bit too cold for winter but the large hot tub and the indoor warmth makes up for it. It can get really busy with loud kids too which may be too much for some.

Great location, but a disappointing room with no city view and an experience that fell far below expectations.

The location was convenient and right in the city centre, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Cons:

the room was very disappointing and did not reflect the impression created by the photos. I specifically booked a city room expecting to enjoy a pleasant city view, but we were placed on the second floor with virtually no view at all. Looking out the window offered nothing interesting, which completely defeated the purpose of booking a room in the city. The room felt underwhelming, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I left feeling that the accommodation was overpriced for what was actually provided.

Cons:

No sanitary bins in toilets near reception and restaurant.
No parking spot designated out the front to be able to quickly check in and wait in while gaining access to underground car park. Very stressful not knowing where to park my car just to check in
