Dissapointing
Pros:

The location was nice and central. Good Kitchen and clean bathroom. Great to have towels dropped in everyday.

Cons:

The unit had not been vacumed and there was some one elses hair all over the carpets, the couches and carpets are long overdue a clean and the arms have that greasy feel. Kitchen floor was filthy between the fridge and the kitchen units, Lights in the bedroom were broken as was the main dinng room light. Furniture in dining room was old and mis matched. Dirty marks on bedroom walls. Toaster buckled and bent. We booke here because we thought it looked like the phot above . Room 106 was anything but this . Tired and worn and sad. We booked and aprtment that looked totally different on booking.com. Happy to supply the owners with photos.

Pros:

Right in town, warm, very roomy, comfortable & very good value for $ much better then the 3 star rating the property was given. Stayed x3 nights

Cons:

Key was a bit tricky for the door lock.

Towels were changed daily, which is unnessary, could be left with same for a more greener

The photos on the website for what we booked were nothing like the accomodation we arrived at. Even the welcome message on the tv wasn’t the room we had booked so that was a let down. The couches were stained and the whole room was very rough and run down. The heater on the wall didn’t go but there was a heat pump. More like a student flat in Otago. The extra blankets we removed for warmth from the closet had stains on them and there were socks from the previous people under the bed. They came to service the room and knocked on the door when we were still in bed we said in a loud voice that we were good and they still proceeded to walk in my husband had to jump up to stop them entering room as our bed was at the entrance. The 2nd morning they came to service the room before 940am so again a bit early to do so considering we didn’t have to be out till 10.

Pros:

Parking great and convenient, location perfect for walking to most of what Queenstown has to offer, apartment ideal with 2 bathrooms for two couples and spacious lounge, meal/cooking amenities

Cons:

Minor cleanliness, ié; bathroom extractor fan clogged with dust, looked like dried food spots on dining space wall, I cleaned it off, beds a bit firm

Long Weekend Stay.
Pros:

Great spot. Easily within walking distance to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and every kind of eatery you can think of. Short walk up the hill to the gondola. Bottle shop across the road with a chemist and 24/7 grocer within 100m. It was kept clean with regular top up of fresh towels every day. The apartments maintained heat very well. We had to turn the heaters off a lot from being too warm even on low. Plenty of space in the rooms with a full kitchen.

Cons:

Walls were a bit thin. If you're not an easy sleeper then the general noise of both vehicle and foot traffic may keep you awake until late. Car park is small and cramped with no shelter but still beneficial if you have a car. The shower didnt drain well, we had to run at half pressure to avoid it from overflowing. Not a huge issue but a minor annoyance.

Was a bit concerned after reading other reviews but were most impressed on arrival with our room, the location and the staff and the way theyadjusted our accomodations due to a booking era. Best value for money in Queenstown for a small group.

Could have been better
Pros:

Location. Amount of beds. Gas fire place. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms and loft. Lots of space

Cons:

Master ensuite toilet wouldn’t stop running. Master ensuite door handle was loose. Ran out of gas for gas fire place. Only enough plates and bowls for five people when we booked for six. Kitchen sink faucet super loose. Whole place needs a deep clean.

I can say that it’s not worth the price, considering it’s 300 per night
Cons:

The sliding doors won’t lock. Some of the blankets are not clean. The faucet in the bathroom is two separate (hot and cold), and it’s really hassle specially when washing face. The shower is not even nice.
