Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The floor in the living area had not been vacuumed, the toilet had not been cleaned and it had a smell. The entry to the accommodation had old mattresses stacked up, not a good first impression.

It was an enjoyable stay. Location was amazing and price was great.
Pros:

Location is great, our 2 bedroom apartment was good, one room was good, second room was small with a bunk, it would have been nice to have at least two singles and bunk was unstable.

Cons:

Second room bunk bed was very unstable. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Receptionist is friendly and approachable. Hotel is located in the main busy street so restaurants & bar are just few steps away. Walking distance from skyline gondola.

Cons:

Facilities are disappointing, it needs an upgrade. There are busted lights, broken wall lamp, rice cooker is disgusting ( I request to have it replaced but someone just scrub the black stains on the heating element). 3 of the dining chairs are wobbly, No chopping board, we just borrow from our friend who also stays on the same hotel, there’s no exhaust fan so you need to open the window while you cook. You can’t take a bath properly because there’s just a drop of water coming out from the shower, no hair dryer available. The floors are creaking while you walk. There’s no free parking, you need to pay $20 per day.

Happy with our stay likely to stay again if stays affordable
Pros:

Great location and tidy rooms

Cons:

The gas bottles were empty and so a little cold in the living area as we couldn’t light the fire. A little bit of wear and tear things needing fixed like the wobbly tap in kitchen sink, the toilet kept running so the tap was turned off and you had to turn it on and then off again so you could flush the toilet.
