Un cocon très calme à 2 pas du centre-ville. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal au sortir de la gare. Un endroit très calme et pourtant à 2 pas du foisonnement du centre.
La déco cocooning.
Petit déjeuner extra.

I’d love to come back to stay at this hotel next time when I visit Annecy!
Pros:

Loved the quiet, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. Very nicely organized in my room, so it was very pleasant also smelled clean. The hotel stuffs were very nice.

Cons:

The garden space was much smaller than what I imagined. Thought I could spend some time in the garden space but there was no table and chairs like it us on the photos.

A wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

As less mobile elders it was a bit of a treke from the station and cultural centre

Room, TV With International stations such as CNN or BBC World would have been better and somewhere suitable to play cards or read in comfort .

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Hotel Les Terrassses is a lovely small hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay there.
It is very close to train station; there is a subway to use to the left of the station as you leave the building past the Relay shop. We did use the carpark. The garden is just like the supplied photos.
The hotel is in quiet street. There is no much around other than a bar at the end of the street.
It is however a short walk into the old part of town, flat and straight. There is a large commercial shopping centre about 300 metres away as you head towards the old part of the town.
