Séjour très décevant – propreté inacceptable
Cons:

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, il était évident que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée : le lit était à peine fait et les draps n’avaient visiblement pas été changés depuis le précédent client.
Plusieurs éléments confirment ce manquement grave à l’hygiène de base :
    •    Une croquette pour chien retrouvée au sol
    •    Des bouteilles d’eau vides ou à moitié pleines laissées dans la chambre
    •    Des déchets de café non jetés
    •    Des traces de saleté dans la salle de bain
    •    Une trace de matière fécale dans les toilettes
    •    Un sol visiblement sale dans l’ensemble de la chambre
Ce niveau de négligence est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement facturant la nuit à près de 200 euros. On est en droit d’attendre, a minima, une chambre propre et désinfectée entre chaque séjour — ce qui n’a manifestement pas été le cas ici.
Suite à ces constats, nous avons ouvert un litige via Booking. Malgré cela, aucun dédommagement ne nous a été accordé par l’hôtel, ce qui témoigne d’un manque total de considération envers ses clients.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel et espérons que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour revoir sérieusement ses procédures de nettoyage.

Quaint hotel in good location
Pros:

Little hotel tucked away in a quiet location. We struggled to find a hotel for our stay with private parking. Parking secure at the rear of the hotel, a short walk through the garden to the reception. Lovely garden with table and chairs and a couple of loungers. Reception basic and could have been a little bit more informative and had problem with the language. Room was quite big and had everything we needed including a fridge. We didn't have breakfast as it was 16Euros each so opted to eat out. Very near to the train and bus station. We used Flixbus to go to Geneva for the day, very reasonable and quick service. About a 15 min walk into the centre of town and another 10 mins to the lake.

Cons:

Hotel a little quaint and needs a little TLC in places, the ceiling in our bathroom was marked due to a previous leak. Tried to get an iron and ironing board, but never appeared and went looking for one, but only an iron appeared due to language barrier was unable to secure an iron. Shame there is an extra cost for the car parking, but this seems to be in the norm in France

Pros:

Sehr schön fand ich den gut beschatteten Garten, und auch für das Frühstück auf der Terrasse halfen Sonnenschirme, die Sonne abzuhalten. Kurze Wege im Haus, hinter der Eingangstür war man schnell auf den Zimmern. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. An der Rezeption war immer ein Ansprechpartner zugegen, der die Sachverhalte in freundlichem Umgangston regelte. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Klimaanlage, und das war auch wichtig bei sommerlichen Temperaturen.
Zum Frühstück: Die Baguettes wurden morgens auf Temperatur gebracht, ehe sie in den Frühstücksraum kamen. Was die Vollständigkeit des Angebots angeht, kann man nicht klagen, ich will jetzt hier nicht alles aufzählen. Die morgentliche Kanne Filterkaffee war immer sehr lecker. Und auch die Idee mit dem Kuchen zum Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Der Kurbelbetrieb der Rolläden an den Fenstern meines Zimmers war meine tägliche Morgengymnastik.
Die Parksituation vor dem Haus ist schwierig: Auf der Straße gibt es durchweg gebührenpflichtige Stellplätze, lediglich eine kleine (meiner Meinung nach zu kleine) Aussparung direkt vor dem Hotel gestattete, den Wagen kurzzeitig für das Verladen der Koffer abzustellen. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, von dem Parkplatz-Angebot des Hotels Gebrauch zu machen (11 Euro pro Tag); Dazu muss man einmal um den Block fahren und gelangt auf der Hinterseite auf das Gelände. Dort kann man das Auto dann aber tagelang einfach stehenlassen. Den Parkplatz-Wunsch sollte man rechtzeitig im Vorfeld, am besten gleich bei der Anmeldung kundtun.
Rein preislich kann man den Aufenthalt meiner Anischt nach sicherlich nicht mehr als Schnäppchen bezeichnen, was möglicherweise auch mit dem Reisemonat zusammenhängt (Juli). Aber da hat ja jeder seine eigene Schmerzgrenze.

Hyggeligt, rent hotel med god beliggenhed og venligt personale

Hyggeligt, rent og hjemligt hotel, hvor der er kælet for detaljerne. Meget imødekommende personale.
10 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel og 15 minutter til søen.

À most enjoyable stay in a very pleasant hotel.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom and separate toilet which was clean and modern. There was air conditioning which was very necessary in this heat wave. There was a garden to sit in. Parking is available if booked in advance which given the lack of parking and cost in the town centre was very useful. It is in a good position for the Old Town. The staff were extremely helpful.
