A nice place to stay in Annecy
Pros:

A cosy hotel near Annecy city centre, within walking distance of the main attractions and the train station. The staff were very friendly and attentive; the resident dog was ready to cuddle with everyone; and, generally, it was a nice place to stay for a few days in the city. I recommend the simple breakfast buffet, which showcases local seasonal products.

Pros:

J'ai apprécié le petit jardin, le personnel était très agréable et chaleureux malgré tout je suis très déçu car nous avons été piqué par des insectes. Nous l'avons informé à la direction mais n'en a pas tenu compte pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pris nos dispositions pour éradiquer cette infestation dans notre chambre, mais il y avait toujours ces insectes qui nous piquaient. Ce n'était pas des moustiques.

Cons:

La literie est à changé, oreillers et matelas. Pas assez d'écoute concernant notre problème.

Bon séjour dans joli petit hôtel 😊
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Hôtel et réception cosy. Jardin top.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre standard. Très propre, mais nous l'avons trouvé petite. Nous ne manquerons pas d'en réserver une plus grande. Petit-déjeuner bien. Manque peut-être une vraie machine à café dans la salle petit-déjeuner (espresso).

Ottima struttura
Pros:

L'albergo e' vicino alla zona centrale raggiungibile a piedi. Molto caratteristico il giardino interno dove e' possibile fare colazione o stare in tranquillita' dopo una serata in centro. Stanza pulita e letto comodo. Il personale e' molto cortese.

Cons:

La colazione non mi ha completamente soddisfatta.
