A great service from The Warwick Arms
Pros:

Lovely hotel, beautiful furnishings and very comfortable beds. The staff were great and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable in our room and offering an extra service for our luggage in the midst of another heatwave. Very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, which we valued after a very long hot journey.
Excellent location as well, bang on the High Street with pedestrian access through Castle Lane to the visitors’ centre at Warwick Castle.

Great hotel, great location, brilliant staff.
Pros:

Great facilities, fresh and well-maintained decor. Comfortable beds. Brilliant staff who went the extra mile to make us comfortable on a very hot night.

Lovely historic market town centre hotel
Pros:

Lovely old property in the centre of Warwick close to all the historical buildings and areas. Stayed in the same hotel 10 ish years ago on a business trip and liked the Warwick arms then, but it has improved significantly and the upgrades
improved our stay enormously, other than the fact it was probably the warmest night that the building has ever seen, air con would improve the guest experience, but the logistics of implementing this could kill the ambiance of the hotel so is understandable.

Cons:

One issue only, the bacon on the full English was hard and been sat under a heated lamp for too long.

Excellent hotel. The best we have stayed in at Warwick.
Pros:

Welcoming staff. James the manager was very helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel is beautifully presented and very clean throughout. Location perfect for exploring the town. Breakfast was great.

Fabulous
Pros:

From start to finish I could not find fault with this hotel. It has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard and feels luxurious. We had a deluxe room and it was amazing. Very well appointed, large and welcoming with a great bathroom. The food both for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The service provided by all the staff was superb and made you feel as though you were a valued customer. Location also great right in the centre of Warwick. Highly recommended, we are already planning a return trip.

Beautiful property, great staff, great service all round
Pros:

The manager James and staff were excellent, in particular Tracy in the breakfast room. They really have a customer satisfaction focus. The decor was fresh and tasteful and the room had everything we needed.
We would have no hesitation returning to this property.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay immensely, mostly due to the people running the establishment.

Stunning hotel
Pros:

There was a problem with the room being too small when we arrived which was sorted straight away. The staff were fantastic and moved our cases to a better room straight away. During our stay the staff were extremely helpful. Our stay was enhanced by a friendly Peacock 🦚 that posed for photos in the terrace with us.

Cons:

The coffee was perculated which can be a bonus for some but not to my taste so I swapped to tea. Not really a complaint though. Everything else was perfect.
