A wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality, great food and a perfect night's
Pros:

Excellent stay for business or leisure. The staff were fantastic, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. My room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout, including a Roberts radio, and had everything I needed. It felt like a home from home. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed a wonderfully quiet and peaceful night's sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious too. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The on-site parking is very limited and there’s little long term public parking anyway near. They should do a deal with nextdoor’s masons!

Old, smelly & disappointing.
Cons:

Dusty room, smelt like damp. Zero phone service and very poor WiFi. Bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drains. When checking out I was asked how my stay was, I said not great and they didn’t ask why or show any care for it.

Fabulous from check in to check out!
Pros:

Breakfast was superb, quality was excellent. Staff were also amazing, so friendly yet professional especially Jo!

Cons:

Cant fault it at all, a little warm in the room at night but exactly what id expect for an old building. And the hotel had provided a fan which was very much appreciated!

What can I say except this hotel was fantastic!!! Great staff that were super helpful and kind!!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing!! Fresh fruit salad and TRACY!!! Fabulous lady serving in the breakfast room. She remembered my particular tea order EVERY DAY! It makes you feel good that you can start your day like that with a lovely person , a proper up of tea and great decor. When I arrived, I had misunderstood that my room would require stairs , and I have a mobility issue. GRACE kindly delt with me in my exhausted and tearful mood (klm had not put "assisted travel".on my ticket and I desperately needed with a cane and walker!) She was super helpful and very patient and put me at ease. The gentleman that were on staff ( I'm sorry I didn't get thier names) were lovely!! Your staff were truly kind and helpful!!! I am truly impressed!!

Cons:

I had a security light outside my window to the car park that was a little bothersome when I tried to sleep. I am sorry that I forgot to mention to staff that the shower door would not remained closed while I was showering. If this could be reported to them, I am now out of the country so I will try to email them

After a fantastic day out in Warwick we came back to the room untouched, no clean towels or coffee cups. Tea and coffee was not replaced.

Can not fault our stay, we will recommend the Warwick Arms to anyone wanting to stay in Warwick
Pros:

Breakfast was superb and the weekday breakfast staff were excellent. Can't say the same for the Saturday staff.

Cons:

The shower room in room 103 was somewhat cramped for a large person.

Staff were lovely and the hotel was immaculately clean, the food was excellent and there was fabulous live misic on each night. My only quibble would be the bed was extremely hard, we were only there a couple of nights so it was fine but if we had stayed longer it might have become an issue.
