Struttura accogliente e spaziosa
Pros:

Dimensione della camera per 4 persone, pulizia. Gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

Confort del letto matrimoniale (troppo rigido) e guanciale sottilissimo.

Buona posizione e parcheggio. Migliorabili le camere
Pros:

La posizione è comoda se si vuole usarlo come base per girare l'Altopiano della Sila. Si trova appena all'ingresso del paese ed ha un parcheggio ampio da dove si accede direttamente alla struttura con ascensore, quindi comodo per i bagagli. Ristorante a servizio dell'hotel buono. Colazione nella media.

Cons:

Soggiorno di 3 notti. La camera che ci era stata inizialmente assegnata aveva la porta-finestra del bagno rotta e senza maniglia, quindi non utilizzabile. Lo abbiamo segnalato e la mattina seguente ci hanno spostato in un'altra camera, con il bagno cieco, ma dotato di ventilazione meccanica. La nuova camera era in generale in condizioni abbastanza precarie. Mancavano le persiane alla porta-finestra della camera sul terrazzo ed in generale c'erano delle porzioni non terminate (o in fase di manutenzione, non so), battiscopa sollevati dal pavimento, piastrelle del bagno filate e con porzioni non stuccate, piatto doccia sbeccato. Visto il nostro utilizzo per un tempo breve, abbiamo evitato di segnalare per una seconda volta la cosa. Consiglio alla direzione di verificare prima se lo stato delle camere che vengono assegnate è decente, visto che l'hotel è anche a 4 stelle.

Highly recommend great room options and dining options!
Pros:

Location was awesome, staff were helpful especially Stefania who worked hard to find my missing luggage. She went over and above! She provided incredible customer service. Overall the staff were attentive to guests needs. Appreciated the Calabrese experience!

Cons:

Air conditioning could have worked better, but given the extreme temperatures happy it worked at all.

La stanza era molto grande, il bagno moderno, e tutto molto pulito, una bella vista. Ottima la ricca colazione. Squisite le persone dello staff che lavorano instancabilmente tutto il giorno. Bella l'area relax fuori e sul retro. Comodo il posto auto dietro l'albergo.

Cons:

Poco ecologico: dosi di shampoo monouso in plastica, bicchieri di plastica nel buffet della colazione, auto parcheggiate davanti all'albergo nonostante non fosse un parcheggio. Non ho visto parcheggi per le biciclette. Wi fi ancora alla versione 4 che nella stanza faceva fatica a connettersi e si disconnetteva facilmente.

Convenient location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved everything. The restaurant was good and convenient when we didn’t want to drive. The Bar was a wonderful meeting place where several groups of cousins stopped by to visit. And our 2 year old enjoyed the downstairs patio to run and play. We’ll see you again on our next visit.

Cons:

Just wished you had a pool.

Disappointed
Pros:

The breakfast was not up to the 4-star standard of the hotel’s title, but the staff was very attentive in the morning and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was definitely not up to the standards of what we paid for a 5-night stay. We have stayed before and this time was very disappointing. There was mold in the shower, no shelf for our soap, 2 lights did not work and there was an unpleasant smell. When we asked to change rooms, we were told we could not and when we asked if we could move into a room once another guest left, they denied our request. We will not be returning and were very disappointed.
