Pros:

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Personnel adorable. Emplacement idéal par rapport au centre de Stresa. La vue de notre chambre sur les îles Borromées était splendide. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. La piscine derrière l’hôtel est vraiment très agréable et au calme. Nous recommandons vivement.

A quiet hotel with a good breakfast, free parking, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

A quiet hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was a real pleasure, both because of the lovely setting and the quality of the products served. Free parking and a swimming pool are included in the stay.

Cons:

We didn't encounter any issues during our stay.

L’emplacement et la piscine

Cons:

Le bruit : hôtel à l’intérieur très bruyant. Les chambres ne sont pas isolées phoniquement. Vous êtes réveillés par la chambre d’à côté qui parle, va aux toilettes (et vous entendez tous les détails).
Lorsqu’on ouvre une chambre, le mécanisme émet une mélodie très bruyante. Ça vous réveille dès que quelqu’un rentre dans sa chambre.

La dame de l’accueil est très désagréable. Nous avons attendu 15mn que quelqu’un daigne venir pour le Check-out. Comme nous avions un timing à respecter pour une visite, nous avons demandé à la dame du petit déjeuner de nous aider (très gentille). Elle est allée la chercher. Et nous a répondu : elle ne viendra que dans 10mn!, alors nous avons insisté (gentiment )et la personne est arrivée, très désagréable. Manifestement n’avait pas envie d’être dérangée et de venir faire le Check out (à 10h je précise, pas à 7h…)
Bref. Ça a terminé le séjour sur une note très désagréable.

Cons:

La clim ne marchait pas la nuit malgré notre remontée au personnel qui est venu vérifier les réglages. Il semble que les clim soient vieilles et tirent toutes sur le même moteur pas assez puissant. Nous avons eu très chauds et très mal dormi pour le tarif de la chambre ce n’est pas normal.
Dans la salle du petit dej pas de clim non plus avec les fortes chaleurs….

Pros:

Olemme jo toisen kerran tässä hotellissa. Pidän paljon henkilökunnasta ja huoneen siisteydestä sekä allasalue on viihtyisä. Parkkipaikka erinomainen vaikka saavuimme retkeilypakulla paikalle. Ilmastointi oli erinomainen!

Cons:

Kaikki oli tosi hyvin, jos jotain kehittäisin niin laittaisin pihalle enemmän näyttäviä kukkia. Sopisi hotellin tyyliin kauniisti!

Top hotel!
Pros:

Een heel .mooi en rustig hotel met een heerlijk zwembad in een prachtige omgeving.. Super ontbijt.
Alles wordt keurig onderhouden.
Fijne loopafstand naar het centrum en geweldige parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Een extra comfortabele stoel op de kamer.
