Die tolle Lage direkt am Wasser, die Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit muss dringend in allen Zimmern verbessert werden. Beim Frühstück etwas mehr Aberchslung und ggf. auch das Angebot einer richtigen Eispeise, statt Pulver.

Het inchecken verliep wat rommelig.
Het balkon was niet te doen: de 2 stoelen pasten leuning aan leuning op het balkon, de deur kon dan niet meer open of dicht.

Nichts. Wobei wir den Wellnessbereich nicht gesehen und genutzt haben und somit uns keine Meinung bilden konnten.

Cons:

Alles abgewohnt. Altbackene Design und Farben. Düsteres Ambiente mit Sparbeleuchtung. Noch nie so ein liebloses und eintöniges Frühstücksbuffet gesehen.Kein lokaler Matjessalat, Heringssalat oder sonst eine Spezialität der Küste. Überall verstaubte Kunstblumen.
Das Deluxe Appartement war abgewohnt.
Der Teppich fleckig und dreckig.Altbackene beige Farben.
Keine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung oder sonstige Aufmerksamkeit.
Wir sind 1 Tag vorher abgereist.
Beim auschecken keinerlei Frage warum wir früher abreisen. Ob alles in Ordnung war oder jegliche andere nette Ansprache. Kein Wunsch einer angenehme Heimreise.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenden Küstenstraße die sehr laut ist.
Alles einfach unprofessionell, unfreundlich ,lustlos und lieblos.

Donkere eetzaal, tv scherm op kamer rechts van bed, massa ontbijt dus koud roerei bijvoorbeeld. Entree welness nog betalen, staat in de advertentie niet duidelijk.

Degelijk hotel met een uitstekend ontbijt à volonté op een uitstekende plaats in Kamperland.

UITSTEKEND ONTBIJT

Cons:

hotel is redelijk groot en een doolhof als je er de eerste keer komt... wij vonden de signalisatie en de wayfinding niet zo OK - zeker deze niet voor het gbruik van de garage en het openen van de garagepoort. Wij hebben een tiental minuten buiten gestaan, zijn toen naar binnen gegaan en daar wat rond de poort gezocht en toen uiteindelijk wat meer naar binnengegaan en gezien dat de (bijna) achterkant van een dikke paal een scanapparaat voor de sleutel stond. Dat zou beter kunnen ter plekke of beter worden uitgelegd aan de receptie. Dit is een constructieve opmerking.
Verder helemaal tevreden hoor! `

De parking is ok. De living en dakterras waren zeer ruim. Fietsen waren zeker ok.

Cons:

Bij een luxe appartement had er toch iets van bestek en glazen per persoon aanwezig mogen zijn ipv hiervoor supplementair te hoeve betalen!! De spiegel in de badkamer hing, voor ons dames, veel te hoog. Spijtig van het vasttapijt in het appartement (qua hygiëne).
