Cons:

Ontbijt was basic, pistolets waren niet kraakvers maar prijs/kwaliteit was ok
de Wellness leek op afbeeldingen veel groter, deze was te compact en vond ook wel dat hier een buitenbar mocht aanwezig zijn.

Pros:

Groote kamer (familie kamer met 2 slaapkamer).
Locatie, 10minuten van het strand

Vies vloor, tijd om nieuw te doen!

De 2nd slaapkamet kan de deyr niet dicht als de 2 single bedden apart zijn.

Diner gegeten in de restaurant. Er werd ons drie keer verteld dat het kindermenu een voorgerecht, een hoofdgerecht en een dessert bevatte. De menu-opties moesten online worden bekeken. We bestelden brood met dipsaus, spaghetti en ijs. De dipsaus bestond uit honing, jam en chocoladepasta, wat niet ideaal was voor een avondmaaltijd, maar wel oké. Bij het afrekenen zagen we dat het totaalbedrag 16,50 euro was in plaats van 10,50 euro. We klaagden hierover en de ober zei dat het vreemd was. Toen we bleven aandringen, zei ze dat ze het aan de manager zou vragen. Hij kwam uiteindelijk en bekeek de bon gedurende 3 tot 5 minuten. We hadden het gevoel dat hij ons gewoon aan het lijntje hield om te kunnen zeggen dat het in orde was. Uiteindelijk vertelde hij ons dat de ober een fout had gemaakt en dat er geen voorgerecht op het menu stond. Ik legde uit dat het niet onze schuld was, maar dat het, zelfs als we ervoor betaalden, nog steeds 3 euro te veel was. Hij zei dat we het met de ober moesten regelen omdat het haar fout was?! Wat voor manager is dat nou?! Ik heb nog eens 10 minuten gewacht tot de serveerster terugkwam en ze zei: "Het moet veranderd zijn, ik wist het niet, dus het is niet mijn schuld"... Ik vond dat schandalig. We waren absoluut niet het enige gezin, dus het niet kennen van de menukaart is geen excuus. Uiteindelijk, na 25 minuten, stemde ze ermee in om de 3 euro terug te betalen... Ik was klaar met wachten/praten op de 6 euro en mijn dochter was moe. Ik zou het restaurant niet aanbevelen en zou sterk aanraden om de eigenaren wat managementtraining te geven.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich kostet extra, und alles muss gemietet werden, obwohl das Hotel nicht günstig ist, das kennen wir anders. Das erste Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf den Saunabereich, Vorhang auf und Nakte Leute, so ein Zimmer darf man nicht vermieten. Personal hat sich um anderes Zimmer gekümmert.

Pas loin de la plage.

L'infrastructure, sans aucun goût sans aucun charme. le restaurant en bord de route.
Le manque de savoir-vivre.
L' accueil: je suis arrivée devant le desk. il y avait deux personnes qui m'ont totalement ignoré. Je suis donc parti et ai donc écidé de faire le checking plus tard. quand je suis revenu plus tard, la jeune femme était aimable, c'était quelqu'un d'autre.
Le prix excessivement cher, plus de 200€ la nuit. Avec le petit déjeuner compris. Pour un hôtel, tout à fait médiocre, pas du tout luxueux..
Le wellness non compris dans le prix, avec un accès limité!! il fallait réserver pour pouvoir y aller! nous allons en vacances pour éviter de devoir prévoir, réserver.... au sein de l'endroit où nous séjournons. je n'ai jamais connu un endroit de vacances où nous ne pouvons pas accéder à la piscine librement.
J'ai été extrêmement déçue et j'en ai même pleuré. Car j'avais vraiment besoin de ces deux trois jours de ressourcement et payez plus de quatre cents€ pour une prestation aussi médiocre m'a vraiment fait de la peine tant la déception était grande.
La chambre: il m'a été donné un appartement. alors que je voulais une simple chambre. Et l'on m'a ait croire que j'avais été upgradée. en réalité, il y avait un gros problème avec cet appartement. Toutes les lumières du hall et de la salle du bain s'allumaient automatiquement avec des spots très forts pendant la nuit lorsque vous alliez simplement à la toilette. ce réveil à chaque fois brutal ne m'a pas permis de me rendormir de me reposer sereinement.
