Hotel comodo e staff gentile
Pros:

Hotel molto bello. Camere tenute bene e letto comodo. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo partiti molto presto e ci hanno preparato una deliziosa colazione da portare via.

Cons:

Niente di particolare. La zona di sera sembra non essere sicura per girare a piedi, ma noi lo sapevamo già. Le persone della sicurezza che si trovano all'esterno della struttura ci hanno tenuto a dirci le zone che potevamo vedere e ci hanno consigliato come muoverci in sicurezza. Ho apprezzato molto questa loro attenzione ❤️

Preis-Leistung passt. Es war sehr sauber. Es gab eine große Frühstücksauswahl. Wenn man früh morgens zu einer Safari los musste hat man ein Frühstückspaket mit Kaffee / Tee mitbekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die dachterrasse mit Bar ist sehr ansprechend.

Super séjour au BW Meridian
Pros:

Le personnel au petit soin, souriant et à l'écoute, le restaurant très bon, la possibilité de payer en dollar avec un change USD/KES assez proche du taux en vigueur, les différents espaces dans l'hôtel très confortables, on s'y sent bien partout.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé que le rooftop ferme un peu plus tard.

Very good stay and excellent hospitality. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated their flexibility and understanding when I asked for a late check-out. They kindly allowed me to stay until 1 PM at no additional charge, which was very helpful because I had an evening flight. Thank you for the great service! I would be happy to stay here again

the price is low but the defects are also overwhelming

Pior experiência que já tive NA VIDA, as 4 estrelas que tem são uma mentira, tão como os funcionários que mentem para nos tapar os olhos e saírem a ganhar. Um hotel cheio de incompetentes, pouco profissionais e péssimos na resolução de problemas.

Chegamos ao nosso hotel às 23:30h. Cansadas de uma viagem longa. Na receção foi nos dito que devido a um problema do hotel não haviam quartos disponíveis e que NÓS, clientes, é que tínhamos de arranjar outro alojamento, pagar por ele, pagar pelo transporte até ao mesmo e ainda teríamos de ser nós a fazer o cancelamento, sendo que nesta opção perdíamos todo o valor da reserva.
A equipa do hotel foi muito pouco prestável, pouco inteligente, e com 0 skils de atendimento ao público e de solução de problemas. Esconder-se atrás do balcão ou nos arrumos atrás a receção, riam entre eles e conversavam como se nada fosse, uma falta de respeito! Deixaram nos ficar na receção sem nenhuma informação. Sugerimos que nos montassem umas camas extras em algum sítio, como spa ou sala de conferências, um sítio mais resguardado para passarmos a noite, demos-lhes espaço para tentares resolver a situação, mas como não falavam connosco decidimos perguntar novamente e aí reparamos que os funcionares não estavam a tratar de nada em relação à nossa reserva…estavam a tratar de outras coisas, simplesmente deixaram nos como animais, sem água e sem respostas.
Depois de 3h sem respostas decidimos mudar de hotel, pedirmos ajuda com as malas, foi negado pois era perigoso para eles, homens .. mas para nós 4 mulheres num país desconhecido já não era um problema.
O rapaz da receção disse que tinha chamado um táxi para nos levar ao próximo hotel e que ia pagar pelo serviço, aceitamos a ajuda mas ele mentiu, logo depois de aceitarmos e do motorista ter chegado o mesmo rapaz da receção diz que afinal não pode pagar, deixando nos mais uma vez sem soluções e criando-nos mais um problema. Ficamos nós, sem sítio para onde ir nem como ir às 3 da manhã.
