The staff were OK

the concierge , we put our baggage for the day bcos we couldn’t check in yet , then we lost our 2 tumblers where we put in our shopping basket
And the one outside , we asked for taxi , he called a driver with no meters and just name the price n we were in the middle of the road when we found out

L’accueil est fabuleuse et s’il ya des questions tout le monde est prête à vous aider. La piscine est très propre et le spa est impeccable (mais il faut payer pour le sauna) et la cuisine délicieux

Cons:

Il faut faire un peu de rénovation dans l’hôtel mais globalement le service est très bon. C’est au centre-ville et pour le travail une emplacement idéale !

very peaceful and pleasant. Specially when the Staff at the hotel are here for you.
Pros:

What I appreciated most was the availability of not only continental foods, but also - depending on the days - local foods alongside continental breakfast (such as Mandazi, the Massala Chai, sweet potatoes, arrow roots etc) which allowed me to have a full foot in Kenya I personally experience countries I visit when i can reach the country's food. And now, I could do it. I must also have a note for the staff who have been excellent at all level. Even uncomfortable situations are handled with tact, kindness and professionalism

Cons:

The TV would not play when connected to my netflix account.

Cons:

The room was musty and moldy. The shower was peeling with no ventilation. Windows do not open. They spray the room with strong, bad perfume to cover the smell.

מלון מרכזי בעלות נמוכה. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאד וכוללת ירקות, פירות, ביצים וגבינות.
צוות חביב.

אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון בחדר. הכל חנוק.
המסדרונות אפלוליים.
הייתה בעיה בשירותים ותקנו כמה פעמים אך הבעיה חזרה על עצמה.
