The staff are so kind and the breakfast and beds are comfortable and clean

Cons:

The shower is not the best, the pressure is really low and bad unfortunately. It’s definitely on the older side, was a bit annoying when taking a shower from a long flight.

Pros:

The rooftop bar and pool are quite nice, open until 10PM. The Staff is very helpful and willing to fulfill the customer's requests. The guest policy is nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dark. The breakfast was lacking some proteins. The windows do not open and are covered with a matte foil si one cannot really see anything outside

Cons:

Gave me raw chicken sausage. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Place looks run down and the area around hotel is not good or safe. We were given no wash cloths and had to request for it. Everything that we requested for took forever to come. Some staff did not have a good attitude. Some of the buffet food was lukewarm. The place looks dim. Curtains had holes. Mold in shower. Bed had a big dip in it. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures

Pros:

Staff are very good. Excellent hospitality.

Cons:

Breakfast is substandard for a 4-star hotel. Confectionaries were not usually fresh. The hots were also usually cold.
