Pros:

This hotel must have been top-notch when it was built, but it's in need of renovation; some of the facilities no longer work properly. This is certainly true of the air conditioning, at least in my room: I woke up every morning with very dry nostrils because I wasn't getting enough fresh air in the room during the night, as I couldn't open the window to let in fresh air.
At breakfast, we were greeted with a smile by Esmily, who was very attentive to the guests. Breakfast was a buffet, but unfortunately, it lacked local options. Kenya being a tourist destination, one would expect to find local cuisine.

Cons:

The air conditioning needed to be repaired, and the television wasn't working either.

Le personnel était accueillant, la chambre confortable et l'emplacement idéal.

Cons:

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Waitresses/Waiters were not trained on the menu in the restaurant. Did not know what mango chutney was, not what curry sauce or powder was but brought me tandoor chicken with a beef sauce--with no Indian flavor? Even the chef did not know what curry powder was--even with 15 Indian dishes.

Pros:

Its was fairly okay. The breakfast was good and I liked the roof top relaxed environment

Also liked the quick response to requests

Cons:

The window was greyed out so could t see what was outside save for the sky. Felt a bit like prison.

Wasn't happy that I couldn't eat at breakfast as I was fasting however I could not be allowed to take my bites to the room. Felt rather unfair.
