Pros:

Exceptional hotel! From the staff and accommodations to the food, drinks, and amenities, we absolutely loved our stay here.

We were celebrating both our honeymoon and my husband's 40th birthday, and the entire team made our visit incredibly special and memorable. The kitchen staff, front desk team, and housekeeping crew consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.

We stayed in one of the villas, which was beautiful and well-appointed. We also enjoyed massages with On and Souk, who left us feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. Mr. Keo and Mr. Phon made breakfast a highlight each morning, always ensuring everything was just to our liking.

The property is exceptionally well maintained. The rooms, grounds, and amenities were spotless, and the pool was pristine throughout our stay. The gym was surprisingly well equipped and offered everything needed for a solid strength-training workout—even a great setup for HYROX enthusiasts.

The hotel offers airport transfers for a fee, as well as a complimentary shuttle into town. While we preferred exploring on our own schedule, the shuttle service looked excellent, with a well-maintained vehicle and a very friendly driver.

The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to all the attractions while remaining removed from the noise of the main road and night market.

The food and cocktails were excellent, our bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and even the toiletries were a delight. As someone who is gluten-free, I especially appreciated the staff's willingness to accommodate my dietary needs and ensure I felt comfortable dining throughout our stay.

We truly hope to return one day. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Serenity in the peaceful town of Luang Prabang.
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations! Ben and his team made sure our stay was as comfortable and serene as it could be. I love how Le Sen Boutique values environmental sustainability (The happy birthday message for my partner was written in flowers and leaves 💚), and the breakfast options were plenty and so healthy. It's one of the rare properties that once you check in, you just want to keep coming back to.

Cons:

Perhaps just that the bikes provided by the property can use some maintenance. Other than that, it's perfect.

Best place in Luang Prabang with Pool
Pros:

Alles! Wir haben Geburtstag gefeiert und haben nicht nur ein Upgrade bekommen, sondern auch eine kleine Überraschung im Zimmer. Im Allgemeinen war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hat Wünsche erfüllt, bevor wir sie aussprechen konnten! Genial! Und das Frühstück ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Cons:

Höchstens die Lage/Entfernung zum Night Market. Aber das Hotel hat uns zu jeder Uhrzeit sofort hingefahren resp. abgeholt. Perfekter Taxi-Service.

ルアンパバーンの最高のホテル
Pros:

ホテルは清潔感があり、スタッフもホスピタリティがよく最高の宿泊体験だった。
特に朝食は、毎日頼みたいものを頼みたいだけ頼める方式で、バラエティに富んでいて、宿泊中の楽しみになっていた。
部屋には虫も出ず、水回りもきれいで、他の日本人も満足できると思う。

Cons:

中心地からは離れている。
送迎バスが出ているが、2時間おきというかんじ。
自転車の貸し出しも無料であるが、少し遠く感じた。

Great hotel, will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great hotel, it's very calm and the staff is always there to help (service will be slower at night however). If I had an issue, I would just text the reception on WhatsApp and they answered and solved the issue as soon as possible.

口コミ通り素敵なホテルでした。ロビーから出た時の風景は忘れられないほど美しく、お部屋も清潔でした。
朝食が美味しく有名なようですが、口コミ通りです。
色々なお料理を注文しましたが、自家製ヨーグルトがとても美味しかったです。

また、一歳の子供も一緒に宿泊しましたが、みなさん子供と遊んでくれて、お子さん連れにもお勧めしたいホテルです！夜にはバーでお酒を注文して、子供を見守り見ながらお部屋でお酒も楽しめました！

Relaxed and well cared for by the staff.
Pros:

Beautiful peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are lovely. Air purifier in the room is great. Staff are incredibly friendly. My stay over Lao New Year was excellent. Breakfast and restaurant food was lovely.

Highly recommend a small and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful and we’d highly recommend it. Very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the pool for it was in the shade and very refreshing after a hot day of waterfalls and caves! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, surrounded by a beautiful setting.plus they have a handy free shuttle service to the night market.
