Cucarachas, excrementos, ruido de aviones y mantenimiento deficiente
Cons:

Cucarachas en el bungalow, silla llena de excrementos, ruido de aviones, ventana rota, grietas, pintura en mal estado, pelos en el sofá... Con semejante panorama (habiendo pasado 24h en este "alojamiento") nos niegan el cambio de habitación, por lo que gestionamos el cambio a otro hotel. Pasadas 5 horas, nos ofrecen un cambio de habitación. Y ahora, con la excusa de que hemos rechazado la solución brindada, nos niegan el rembolso... VERGONZOSO.

Lo mejor la comida del restaurante.. bastante variado.

Cons:

No nos gustó el hotel. Esta muy abandonado. Nos tocó una habitación muy vieja y en muy mal estado. Le dieron un poco de pintura antes de nosotros entrar y se dejaron la brocha en la terraza. La habitación tenía varias cosas rotas. No disfrutamos tampoco de la terraza porque se caía la pintura todo el rato y no se podía estar con niños. Ningún dia fueron capaces de aunque sea barrer la terraza. Fuimos todo incluido y hay un cóctel al dia nada mas y el que ellos digan. Primera ves que pagamos todo incluido y tenemos que beber lo que te digan ellos. Me parece muy limitado. El personal era muy amable. Menos una italiana que estuvo en el bar piscina al lado del restaurante el último dia y era muy desagradable con los huéspedes y con mis hijos y varios niños.

Soluzione discreta in bella zona (caleta de Fuste)
Pros:

Colazione e cena assortite. Sala ristorante troppo piccola per la numerosa clientela,
tavoli troppo ravvicinati

Cons:

Ristorante troppo piccolo per l'afflusso di gente. Mancanza di personale in sala per la pulizia dei tavoli ed in grado di curare la corretta gestione del buffet da parte degli assalti di una clientela straniera indisciplinata.

Nie pozdrawiam pania manager z popoludniowej zmiany ,z powodu zmiany daty wylotu poprosilismy o przedluzenie pobytu o jedna noc ,pani w recepcji byla bardzo pomocna powiedziala ze jest to mozliwe tylko musi miec zezwolenie od pani manager ,ktora niestety nie wyrazila zgody -bardzo nie ladnie z jej strony🙄 ,nie sprawiala milego przyjaznego wrazenia .Jestem bardzo zawiedziona ,poniwaz pokoje byly dostepne.

Personale super accogliente e super disponile per tutto, cibo a buffet ottimo e con tante scelte diverse ogni giorno,piscine comodissime e attrezzatissime, torneremo perché ci siamo trovate come a casa io e mia mamma😍gracias Madai è il migliore receptionist ✨

Bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Notre bungalow était propre et les photos sont fidèles. Le buffet du petit dej et du repas du soir bien fourni. Le personnel très sympa, souriant et serviable. Un grand merci à Jawad au bar près de la piscine et à Xavier qui faisait l’animation pour leur gentillesse.

Cons:

Il manque des patères pour accrocher les serviettes dans la sdb. Nous étions 4 et il n’y en a que 2.
