Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Overall, all staff members were very kind and accommodating however there was someone who went beyond our expectation that was room attendant Duyen. She was highly professional and pleasant. Another staff member I would like to mention is Kevin from Front Office. He made us comfortable as soon as we reached the hotel and was always pleasant and helpful with all our queries.

Cons:

Last day we asked for the wakeup call as we had early morning flight however we did not get the call. We woke up on time if not if could have led to inconvenience. Still I would like to rate the hotel as 10/10 as all other factors especially the staff members were excellent.

Pros:

Comfortable beds and good shower, in district 1 near the reunification palace. Great pool on rooftop to watch the storms from. Excellent housekeeping staff especially Duyên + Thi (I think that was their names)

Cons:

We should have been advised prior to checking in that the pool was unavailable for one of our nights due to a private function. They did make an effort to provide one at a hotel next door but I didn’t want to walk in the rain to get there. There was also construction within the hotel which was noisy and we should have been advised of that as well. I would have changed my booking to elsewhere.

Exceptional service
Pros:

Staff were exceptional and always willing to help. Food was great, service was top quality. Very friendly at all times. Manager gave us a free transfer to the airport after we mentioned how noisy the construction was in the building.

Cons:

They had construction in there building for our whole stay. A few things in our room didn't work. Like the bath jets. The bed mattress never gets rotated creating the 'ditch' shape and lumpiness.

Staff were great all very helpful

Cons:

The shower was horrible the shower head wouldn’t stay up and because the bath wasn’t connected to the wall water went everywhere no matter what you did. Plus it took us a while of how to get the water temperature on the taps.
If you have mobility problems the shower will be a problem for you

Cons:

Fridge in room didn’t work. Very warm. Asked for more towels but can only have 1 each at a time, no where to hang and dry towels so using wet towels if you shower more than once.

Exceptional Service by Trinh. Unforgettable Stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Trinh. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional from the very beginning. She surprised us with a lovely upgrade, which made our stay even more special.

What truly stood out was how much effort she put into making my birthday unforgettable. She organized a wonderful surprise and made sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. It felt very personal and thoughtful, not just like standard service.

Her warmth, positive energy, and genuine care made a huge difference. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Trinh, for going above and beyond, we will definitely remember this experience!

Middle class hotel but high class service
Pros:

I want to highlight the very professional reception staff service. Special needs, special wishes have been accomplished as much as possible in a very friendly manner (I want to mention explicitly Mr Binh Anna).
What I enjoy regularly is the pool area with its excellent service.
I will come back, as usual, once a year.
