Very nice, the roof top restaurant food was delicious.

Great location, confirm whether building refurb is still ongoing.
Pros:

Property is in a great location very central to great restaurants! The staff are lovely and very accommodating with the rooms overall being comfortable in terms of bed, bathroom and general room space.

Cons:

We were not advised following our booking & or prior to arrival that there is building refurbishments happening below the floor our rooms were located. Sadly from 8am onwards we had building refurb noise which was not ideal when we wanted a sleep in. Sadly this also impacted the gym & wellness area heavily. The staff moved our room to higher up following our issue which we greatly appreciated however would have been good to know upon booking - as other hotels in the area advised us of similar situations upon booking.

Good location and nice pool, but the renovation noise was disturbing.
Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel, as it is quite close to the city center and many places can be reached on foot or by a short taxi/Grab ride. We also appreciated the swimming pool, which was pleasant after a hot day in the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations, mainly because of ongoing renovation works and noise.

We stayed in a “Premium Deluxe Twin Room with Window + Free Minibar”. The description “with Window” was rather misleading, as the view from the window was only a wall of the opposite building, approximately 3 meters away.

The biggest issue was the construction noise. From Monday to Friday, there was very loud hammering/drilling noise, approximately from 8:30 to 11:30 and then again from 13:30 to 16:30. After a long flight and arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, we were not able to rest properly in the room. We had not been informed about this in advance.

Because of these inconveniences, we asked for a late check-out until around 15:00 or 16:00, as our flight was late in the evening. The hotel only offered a free late check-out until 13:30. For a longer extension, they requested a fee of 1,500,000 VND, which was approximately 80% of the price of one night. Considering the renovation noise and reduced comfort during our stay, this did not feel like a very customer-friendly approach.

We appreciate that the hotel at least offered check-out until 13:30. However, overall, our stay was disappointing due to the renovation noise, the misleading room description, and the lack of a reasonable compensation.
