It was 4 Star hotel and now sadly a 3 Star

Within 12 months from when we last stayed .... Staff not friendly or happy, towels old and stained, toilets blocking ,construction until after 8pm in the building. Breakfast was Cold food and Cold coffee and tea.

The staff at the breakfast every morning were so lovely and we also have to say a special mention to Linh Thi _ Nga-room
Pros:

We loved the walking proximity to everything. That there was a Thai and Indian restaurant that was so cheap yet so delicious next door and a few minutes walk. We had a laundry mat on the same street and amazing coffee shops within a few steps from Eden.

But most importantly the staff were incredible and our room was always immaculate even with making my 9yr old daughter excited to come back to the room each time thanks to Linh Thi _ Nga-room attendant animal towel making skills.

Cons:

There was a bit of renovations going on in. Room near us and there was a bit of noise during our stay but it wasn’t a big bother to us.

Pros:

スタッフは基本親切。

Cons:

バスタブ必須としましたが、バスタブはあってもベッドルームにドンとあって、シャワーからは距離もあり、パートナーとはいえ目の前で堂々とはいることなど出来ず、ただの飾りでした。その分ちゃんとしたテーブルが欲しかった。

Amazing stay, wonderful staff and worth every penny!

Fantastic stay – worth every penny!

We had a wonderful stay at the Eden Star Hotel. We were visiting to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it feel extra special with a lovely birthday message and an unexpected room upgrade.

The room was amazing – spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent for exploring the city.

What really stood out were the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and felt it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Eden Star Hotel!

Personal muy atento, pero el hotel está muy viejo y eso lo deberían decir en la web. Lo están empezando a renovar ahora. Como íbamos a estar 4 noches les pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y lo hicieron sin problema. El personal del hotel 10 de 10.

The breakfast buffet was good, and overall the stay was pleasant. The hotel was comfortable and the location was convenient.

Cons:

The staff did not always seem very friendly or welcoming. There was also construction noise every morning from around 7:40 am, and noise from people talking in the corridor could be heard clearly from the room.

Trois jours à Saigon
Pros:

Hôtel moderne avec des chambres spacieuses. La piscine sur le toi et plein de cafés et restaurant aux alentours. Le personnel a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux de rénovation de 8h a 16h30, tous les jours. Nous avons demandé une chambre plus calme mais cela n'a pas été possible. En dédommagement ils nous ont proposé le transfert à l'aéroport. à leur frais.

A great base to explore the city from.
Pros:

The location was excellent, so easy to reach all the highlights of HCM. Staff were lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

There was an extendable shower over a bath, which was a bit of a surprise,
