Prachtig sfeervol hotel voor een bezoek aan de krijtrotsen. Zeer de moeite waard
Pros:

Prachtig hotelletje. Vriendelijke mensen. Regel echt van te voren een parkeerplek achter de slagboom voor het hotel. Dat is echt perfect. Je zit op loopafstand van de boulevard (10 minuten lopen) om de krijtrotsen te zien en op te gaan.
Kamers leuk ingericht, gehele hotel wel. Schoon en fijne badkamer. Ontbijt erg goed. En op de bonusvraag hoe de koffie was, de cappuccino kan echt veel beter. Maar goed, als dat alles is.

niets eigenlijk, op de koffie na dan.

Prima hotel, mits je een grote superieur twee persoonskamer boekt voor een goed bed.
Pros:

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen prettig. Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer wars schoon en goed onderhouden en ook het ontbijt was prima en van goede kwaliteit.
Parkeren was goed geregeld, zo ook het laden van een elektrische auto.

Cons:

Helaas waren we erg teleurgesteld over de grootte van de kamer en met name over het bed. Op de website hadden wij een tweepersoonskamer met een tweepersoonsbed geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek het bed echter slechts 140 cm breed te zijn. Dat is geen standaard afmeting voor een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en viel ons erg tegen.

Toen wij dit bij de receptie aankaartten, kregen we te horen dat dit hoort bij de "Classic" tweepersoonskamer. Dat betekent dus dat je, als je een kamer wilt met een normaal (160cm breed) tweepersoonsbed, een duurdere Superior tweepersoonskamer moet boeken. Dit wordt op de website naar onze mening niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd en voelt daardoor misleidend.

Het is jammer dat een verder prettig verblijf hierdoor een negatieve indruk heeft gekregen. Wij raden het hotel aan om de afmetingen van de bedden duidelijk op de website te vermelden, zodat gasten vooraf weten wat ze kunnen verwachten en niet voor verrassingen komen te staan.

I booked through booking.com the main hotel and when I arrived I was told that we were going to stay in the annex building as it has very bad mold odour where we could not even breath. I told the receptionist that there is no way that we could stay in the annex as we do not want to suffer the moldy air. He said that we can cancel if booking.com accepts, the hotel will not charge any penalties for cancellation. And I called b.com and when B.com contacted the receptionist he told them he cannot make any decisions. Luckily B.com was on the phone when the receptionist accepted that he offered the room in the annex and the annex stinks with mold. I am waiting for my refund

Hormis le fait d'être à l'annexe, soit par ce que l'hôtel est complet, ou qu'un motard fasse tache dans l'hôtel, (alors que j'ai 2 Porsche chez moi), la chambre n'était pas propre, poubelles non vidées, serviettes sales, sol de la sdb sale, ventilation de la chbre sale...parking aérien trop cher...
