Clean hotel, good location
Pros:

Location to local restaurants and bars. Comfy bed and very clean. Nice shower, big room.

Cons:

Road noise, but we sleep with ear plugs anyway. We were on the 11th floor

Outside of housekeeping lying about my wedding rings, the stay was great.

Very bad experience……
Pros:

When entering the room smelt urine spots on the carpet hair in the bed holes in the bedsheet dirt in the toilet and around the toiletseat very disappointed.

Aesthetically decent inside but beware of mandatory valet and uncomfortable beds
Pros:

The hotel had a nice interior. It was clean. There were a lot of snack and drink options in the lobby store. The desk staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was fairly easy to locate.

Cons:

I was not made aware that literally the only parking option was valet. I pull up to check in and the guy asked if I was going to valet and I said I can park myself and he said no it's only valet so I said well I guess I'm gonna valet then, huh. And then I had to spend an extra, mandatory $50 per night to valet my car. None of this was disclosed prior to booking. The other thing was that we got a suite with a sofa and while the room was nicely accommodating, the bed was AWFUL. We woke up in actual pain. Hardest mattress I've ever slept on. It had zero give whatsoever. Felt like sleeping on the floor.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN

HAD 5 PEOPLE IN THGE ROOM WE NEVER HAD 5 TOWELS, HAD TO SHARE TOWELS, WAS NOT GIVEN MEAL TICKETS FOR BREAKFAST, HAD TO GET THEM ON OUR OWN THE NEXT MORNING. WAS TOLD BY THECFRONY DESK WE HAD TO COME GET THE BEDDING FOR THE PULL-OUT COUCH, WAS NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO BRING IT TO THE ROOM, BREAKFAST ON THE LAST DAY THERE WAS NO JUICE FORE MY 3 GIRLS, ONLY WATER

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

But the sink in the bathroom was dirty and the paint in the bathroom was chipped. The bathroom looked beat up and scruffy. In the morning the bathroom light would not work. It was 6am so it was completely dark. I called the front desk and was told that the maintenance staff would not be in for several hours. We needed to get ready and leave. We moved a desktop lamp over to point to the bathroom (we were afraid to put it on the bathroom counter in case water splashed and we electrocuted ourselves). We used the lamp and our phone flashlights to get ready. We could not take showers.

I know things happen, but why wouldn't maintenance be on call?

The air conditioning rattled all night.

It's just not the standard I'd expect from a Hilton.

Pros:

Three tips for those staying here:
(1) Don't bother asking for your room to be cleaned (and yes, you have to specifically ask) because that consists of two trash bags taken out, one replenished towel, and the SAME sheets thrown back on the bed without one ounce of care.
(2) Wear your glasses down to the lobby because if you don't see the teensy tiny sign written in crayon posted in the far corner saying that the sub-par (and that's generous) breakfast is $20, you'll be chased down by security to pay the bill for the one scoop of eggs and potatoes you ate. LIKEEEE had I known or had the 4 staff members around at the time mentioned it, I would have not eaten or piled on a whole lot more!
(3) FYI, upon initially walking into your room, there might be hairs in the shower from the previous guest.

Note that I am a very easy going person and NEVER write reviews... Hope you enjoyed my pro tips.
