My husband and I stayed at Heritage for an extended 21-day visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was an amazing way to start each day before heading out for our activities.

We originally planned to stay only 9 days before continuing our travels, but we ended up extending our stay — largely thanks to the wonderful housekeeping service we received from Ei Moe. She took such great care of our room every day and even surprised us by creatively folding the towels into adorable animal shapes.

Ei Moe truly went above and beyond — she’s the best!

Breakfast staff 😋 especially the Doorman & Toew and the cooking staff. They all made us feel extremley welcomed every morning and nothing was an effort.
Our housekeeper , just the most patient and beautiful lady thank you. Reception staff,i can see you are ruled with an iron fist, but i did see your beauty and patience.
When booking this hotel, remember the price you are paying. The hotel is a little tired and renovations are constant.

I’ve visited Thailand before, but this has easily been the best hotel experience I’ve had at so far.
From the unbeatable location to the warm and welcoming staff, everything exceeded my expectations. And the breakfast absolutely worth waking up for.

Location wise, it’s perfect.
Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. no taxis required. From massage places just 2 minutes, local food joints all along the walk. shopping mall just 5 minutes walk and even Bangla Road and the beach are only about 10 minutes on foot..

5* to the staff.

Everything was great, room wifi is strong. Staffs are and friendly room was worth the price. Area is close to most food and party area. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The only cons, saw some baby cockroach crawling in the toilet.

Other than that everything else was perfect

My experience at Patong Heritage Hotel was quite underwhelming. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to discover a used condom under the bed, which clearly indicated that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was also a persistent stale odor, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. The room itself was old-fashioned, dusty, and lacked any natural light, which made it feel even more uninviting. The pictures online are very misleading and do not reflect the current state of the hotel at all.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection. However, these aspects do not make up for the poor cleanliness and outdated facilities. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Patong Heritage Hotel is situated on a small soi (road) in central Patong just off the busy Ratuthit road. Quite a large establishment spanning some 17 floors over two buildings it was once probably a very grand hotel. Whilst the reception area, foyer and ground level swimming pool are still quite impressive, the rooms now are a little dated and in need of some TLC. I recently stayed in two different standard rooms on different floors paying around 1,200 baht per night through Agoda. Considering the hotel is only a five-minute walk to Jungceylon shopping precinct and Bangla Road the rate was very reasonable. Patong Beach is only around a ten-minute walk. The rooms are comfortable enough and a good size. They provide tea and coffee making amenities, WIFI whilst not great was acceptable and the shower had good water pressure, drained well and the water was hot. Both rooms had balconies but one had the AC unit on the balcony which made it deafening to sit out there whilst the AC was operating. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the fact they left another key in the room so the AC stayed on whilst out the room and you could leave devices charging. By far the highlight of my stay was the buffet breakfast offering. For a 3-star budget hotel the breakfast would have to be one of the best at the price point. A variety of both Western and Thai foods are available, including French fries, cheesy mash potato and spotted dick dessert (Brits will know). The only downside to my time at breakfast was watching the guests from the sub-continent refusing to use tongs to pick up the bread. One after one they would throw their hands into the bread tray, picking slices up, throwing them back, having total disrespect for fellow guests. Management, please put a big sign by the bread to educate these people on hygiene! Overall my stay was quite enjoyable and I would stay there again.

Good location, friendly staff. The hotel could use a bit of a Reno or facelift, as it’s getting a little tired. But at the price we paid, we were more than happy. Value for money is extremely good. Although we may be happier than most, as we received a free room upgrade to a mini suite. Seperate bedroom, lounge/living area. 2 TVs, 2 balconies, one of which was massive wrap around the corner style, overlooking the second pool…. 2 Split system air cons were old n well used, but did a great job of keeping our rooms 21 degrees. Shame the outdoors are balcony mounted, as they are pumping hot air out there… Good breakfast buffet included. Bathroom was small and a bit rough looking. This is the main reason I only gave 4 stars.

Pool ok and sunbeds a little tired, booked this because of gym facilities not what you would call a gym running machine stopped halfway through small room and equipment well past their best
