Just that there was a laundry machine

Cons:

Really poor amenities. Room smells bad, it's dirty, bed and couch are very uncomfortable, minimal crockery in kitchen, flying carpet piece, sauna not available despite what's advertised, no noise insulation in bedrooms

Stained curtains, dirty old uncomfortable couch, bad pillows, synthetic cheap blankets, lack of glassware (this was quickly supplied when requested along with broken hair dryer). Very slow lift, took forever to move only 2 floors!

Lack of amenities eg salt pepper, paper towels, tissues. Stove needs replacing as it doesn’t heat very well. Knives need sharpening. Pillows need replacing. Power point in bathroom is faulty- sparks when I tried to plug in something and generally dodgy. Dustpan and brush needs to be provided. Had to clean out washing machine of powder cemented in the middle agitator and had to clean lint collector at bottom of agitator

There were a lot of cockroaches and the metal track in the middle of the room for the folding door was a trip hazard and very painful to step on and the piece of carpet there to cover it was not very helpful

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The unit was smaller than expected. The cooking facilities weren't great. There was mould on the curtains as well as light through the whole unit so you were awake early every morning. The pool didn't look very nice.
