Situated oceanside on Broadbeach in the Gold Coast, the hotel is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, and popular attractions like Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Theme parks such as Dreamworld, Seaworld, and Warner Bros. Movieworld are just a 30-minute drive away.

All apartments have at least one air conditioning unit, generally this is positioned in the living room area. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
The photographs provide examples of some of the apartments. With over 30 self-owned, individually owned and decorated apartments in the letting pool, it is not possible to show every apartment, therefore apartments and decor vary considerably. Apartments cannot be guaranteed until check in and are randomly allocated by the computerized reservations system.
Cleaning, housekeeping or linen and towel change are available for an additional fee. Pool towel rental is also available for an additional fee.
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

It is directly across the road from the beach. The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful. They had free chocolates on the counter
There was construction directly next door and this was not advertised until after I had paid on booking.com. if I was told prior to paying I would not have booked. Everyday at y.30 on the dot loud banging started. I could hear the people above us walking around their apartment and going to the toilet. They must have been training for a marathon late at night. The floors are not very soundproof. So combining the people above us and the construction, I got poor sleep. The carpark was at the end and very tight to get the car in.
They stole $500 from my card after I left! Said it was because I smoked on the balcony, do not stay here!
Amazing Apartment, spacious, clean, decorative, comfortable,great views and fantastic location.
The major disappointment was the staff.
Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service significantly let down what was otherwise a fantastic apartment.
When we arrived, reception was unattended, although we were able to communicate via the intercom. It was terrible weather outdoors, and while we understood that it was slightly before check-in time, the host’s attitude was unnecessarily rude. We weren’t expecting early access to the apartment, but we were surprised that we weren’t even allowed to leave our luggage in reception or wait inside out of the severe weather after a long international journey. That lack of basic hospitality was incredibly disappointing.
Later, we encountered another issue because only one key had been provided for four guests. One guest left the key for another to collect, but when we went to reception, the receptionist appeared to be hiding ( as ridiculous as that sounds ) , remaining behind the counter gates and not responding. Then later suggested that it had been lost. The whole interaction was confusing, unprofessional, and very unwelcoming.
Finally, icing on the cake was a fee to take rubbish down- this is not an air bnb so for an apartment building this was a shock to an already bad experience.
It’s such a shame because the apartment itself was excellent and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. With better customer service, a more welcoming attitude, and a little empathy towards guests, this property could provide an outstanding experience.
I absolutely loved the location, the view was stunning looking over the beach. The apartment had everything you possible would need to make the stay homely and welcoming. I have no bad faults about the apartment. Fantastic for your family, well worth it.
Nothing to fault
Booked a unit with beach view. We had 180° views. Could even see the ocean from both bedrooms. Went earlier in the week and in June so we had a great price. Unit and views were better than we expected for the price we paid. Even though it's winter the temp of the spa was warm and lively to relax in.

The location of the property is great, walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment was a little dated, however it was clean and tidy with a spacious living area and great views.
We were wanting to use the pool and spa everyday but the heater was not working for a lot of the days we stayed. We did report this to staff at reception, but when the heater was not working over the weekend there was no way to get it looked at. One of the reasons we selected the property was for the heated pool and spa.

床垫有点不平整，孩子睡得不太舒服。
最大的遗憾是：这不是我的房子！

Location, sea view, spaciousness, cleanliness and facilities. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Helpful staff.

Location near the beach, had a pool and spa and kids toys for pool and beach. Bed reasonably comfy and shower had good pressure. Kitchen and bathroom clean. Very pleasant staff.
The couch and chairs were not comfy in this apartment. There was a layer of dust on the nightstand in the kids room when we arrived and floor needed a vacuum to remove sand.
Everything! The location was amazing seeing the beach from the balcony and sunrise. Units had everything, staff friendly.

Nothing... only comment as to why it wasn't 10/10 was the bright sun in the morning to the lounge... would've been great for 1 or 2 black out blinds to stop us wearing our sunnies inside... and the couch wasn't comfy.
Everything went well, great location, lovely staff, great facilities, right on the beach, awesome sea views, whales every day, comfortable, clean, fully equipped, good security, close to clubs, cafes, restaurant's etc, brilliant communications. 11/10
No can opener, hahaha. $1.55 at woolies.
