Unfortunately wasn't a great stay.
Cons:

The noise from the pool area at night time, and in general the noise from the other guests in the evening. Service was ok. Overall not what I would expect from the Hilton brand.

Pros:

The property truly exceeded my expectations! Great location and the room itself was very spacious.

Cons:

One of the elevator buttons did not work - it was stuck (the lobby one HA) & the elevator was not marked out of order which caused a little frustration considering we had to play around to get the other elevator to stop instead of the broke one. BUT, that’s truly the only downside of the entire trip.

Clean hotel but the pool was not heated as advertised.
Pros:

The staff were great and it was very clean. The room was spacious and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Booking advertised a heated pool for this hotel which was a large reason for why we chose the property. The pool was located on the fifth floor outside which received no sun and was way too cold to swim in. We told our three kids that they would be able to swim here and this was a huge disappointment.

Extremely noisy so if traffic noise bothers you, avoid this hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the morning security guard was very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable. I liked the kitchen/living room separate from the bedroom. I also liked that they texted me check in and to let me know they were available if I needed anything.

Cons:

SOOO Noisy, noisy, noisy from the traffic outside. Traffic from 6-lane freeway and cars/trucks/motorcycles on the access road below us is 24/7 and kept us up all night. I didn’t like that dishes were in dishwasher and not in the cupboards so I had to start my vacation unloading dishes. I called for an extra blanket and towels and they had me come down from the 11th floor to pick them up because housekeeping is every 3 days.
