The hotel is very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food service is very good.
My only complaint is that even though the hotel is in Quito, which is rather cold at night, I am used to having AC, and the hotel does not have AC in the rooms.
Si pudiera darle 10 estrellas, lo haría! El hotel es súper moderno y todo está impecable. La habitación no era gigante, pero tenía el espacio perfecto y era muy cómoda. La limpieza fue 10/10.
Todo el staff fue increíblemente atento y las señoras de la limpieza fueron súper amables y brindaron un servicio excelente. Cada vez que llamaba a recepción atendían enseguida y cualquier cosa que necesitara la llevaban a la habitación en cuestión de minutos.
Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. Y el restaurante del hotel merece una mención aparte… no tengo palabras para explicar lo rica que es la comida! Todo lo que probamos estuvo delicioso y la atención fue espectacular. De principio a fin, tuvimos una experiencia excelente. Totalmente recomendado!
