Cycle trip with friends.
Pros:

Well situated. Friendly staff. Good cycle parking. Clean.

Cons:

The bathrooms are bizarre but gave our group a good laugh and something to talk about. The designer must have been drunk and tall. The only bathroom where I have had to stand on a stool to get into the bath/shower and to clean my teeth. I am 5 feet tall.
Really don’t like paper cups to drink my water from. I expect better from a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und schön gelegen.
Auf Reklamation hat das Personal schnell reagiert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber. Es gab keine Tür in der Dusche sodas wir mit Handtüchern das Wasser davon abhalten mussten in den Raum zu fließen.
Die Tische wurden beim Frühstück, am ersten Tag, lange nicht abgeräumt so das man keinen sauberen Tisch finden konnte.
Der Obstsalat am Buffet war schlecht geworden. Die Bar konnte Abends nicht die angebotenen Cocktails zubereiten da Zutaten nicht vorhanden waren.

Uitstekend hotel
Pros:

Uitstekend verblijf in City Hotel Gouda. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en zeer netjes, met alle voorzieningen die je van een goed hotel mag verwachten. Ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en uitstekend verzorgd.

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. Alles verliep soepel en de sfeer in het hotel is prettig en gastvrij.

Kortom: op alle punten een zeer goed hotel. Kamer, ontbijt, voorzieningen en service waren allemaal dik in orde. Absoluut een aanrader en een hotel waar ik graag terugkom.
