We were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel for Venice.
Pros:

Great staff, a sense of history in the building and a large room with aircon. Its location was perfect. Breakfast excelent.

Phänomenal!!!!!
Pros:

Das Ambiente war einfach wunderschön. Das Personal war perfekt, freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit bereit zu unterstützen. Das Zimmer war nicht so groß, aber sehr besonders.

Schönes gepflegtes kleines Hotel mit einigen Dingen die man verbessern könnte

Eigentlich war alles gut aber dadurch dass das Wetter so extrem schlecht war hat es auf die komplette Stimmung geschlagen

Cons:

Zuerst war ich unzufrieden mit dem Service und vor allen Dingen der Freundlichkeit. Nachdem ich das angesprochen hatte hat es sich jedoch erheblich verbessert was man durchaus als positiv bewerten kann. Das Restaurant kann ich jedoch nicht empfehlen. Das Service war wirklich nur mäßig sowie auch das Essen. Mein Mann hatte mit seiner Wahl mehr Glück!Aber verglichen mit einem anderen Restaurant wo wir einen Abend zuvor gegessen haben war es ziemlich ungemütlich und es hat mir leider nicht besonders gut geschmeckt.
Die Kellner waren aufgesetzt freundlich.
Die Bar ist sehr verbesserungswürdig was die Atmosphäre betrifft!!

Location and comfort on the doorsteps of the duomo ! Amazing !
Pros:

The location is exquisite .... and you can reach the hotel by Taxi boat as they have their own deck.
Staff was vey nice and rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

The most magical, memorable, luxury true Venice feel stay
Pros:

We took a water taxi from the airport and 30 minutes later we stepped foot at Ai reali’’s private dock. It was such a memorable experience. The perfect romantic escape for my husband and me. The staff is exceptional and extremely helpful when it comes to making reservations at restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and historical and you really feel like you are in a palace. The breakfast is delicious and the options are many. We even took a free trip to murano island with a private water taxi arranged by the hotel. It was calm, yet in the heart of Venice. It was a magical stay.

Un fin de semana perfecto en Venecia
Pros:

Estuvieron super atentos y serviciales con nosotros. Ibamos con dos niñas pequeñas y nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil. La suite era muy grande y espaciosa. Cuidaron todo al máximo detalle, ofreciendo mil detallitos y atenciones. El desayuno delicioso y variado. El cappuccino de 10. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y todo muy bien (ofrecen un 20% de descuento a los que se hospedan allí)
