Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

L'emplacement est exceptionnel.
La chambre était très belle et nous remercions l'équipe pour la jolie attention pour notre anniversaire de mariage qui nous attendait en chambre à notre arrivée.
Propreté, services, équipe et petit déjeuner au top!

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Arriving to the front door by water taxi priceless.
Pros:

The location can't be beaten. Close to all major attractions and transport. The staff were helpful and friendly and arrival by water taxi was extra special.

Fantastic 10/10
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the room was stunning. Bathroom was huge!!! Loved it, our favourite stay during our trip, will be back. Even offered us a free tour to the Morano glass factory!!

Most enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Love, love, love the location of this hotel. The staff is super professional, very welcoming and well suited to the hotel. Wish the room was a little larger, but, this is Venice!!! Breakfast was exceptional. Would easily return and or recommend to others.

Cons:

Cheaper taxi to reach the hotel. not the hotel's fault. But, Venice water taxis can be a real ripoff.

Very nice location and luxurious hotel

Nice and spacious room. Kind people

Cons:

The room had absolutely no windows nor sun light . Inability to open any window. Another small details is that the blue light of the air cond screen on the wall is too bright and disturbed our sleep during the night. We had to figure out how to cover it wi the a small towel pinned on it

Not the LHW experience we expected.
Pros:

The location and having a dock was great.

Cons:

“Historic” is one thing, but this hotel is tired. Surprising for a LHW property. The amenities in the room were minimal at best.
