Pros:

They always provided us with still water daily. Daily towels change and making bed.

Cons:

The room big enough but dark and dusty, bedsheets with holes and only one blanket for a couple and the mattress was soft so my boyfriend ended up with back pain. Elevators stopped running from time to time. Our balcony had view on a construction area which was noisy from early morning. The shower water did not run properly through the tubes so you standing in a puddle during the whole time.

location is great, good breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

Very small room
In my case specific there was a construction right in front my room, so all day long since morning was a lot of noise
they do have parking there, however if you have a huge car like SUV there will be a problem to get there and get out there, underground parking fits 5-6 cars the max
Also because of the location there is no place to park car outside the hotel
