Very Clean, amazing big bath tub after a long trip. Great artwork on display. The location is fantastic

Cons:

The parking situation. There was clearly a miscommunication and we believed it would only cost $30 in total to park our own car. Turns out the cost is $30 per night. We only found this out on check out.

Pros:

Nice apartment, well provisioned. Handy having washing machine/dryer in our room. Second bathroom was a bit tight, but invaluable. Plenty of quirky things to see. Good coffee. Good central location to the things we wanted to see and do.

Cons:

Check-in was not ready by 3pm - closer to 4pm. After a day of driving, we just wanted to get to our room and relax. Compensated with 2x beer/wine/soda/coffee vouchers. Parking is expensive.

Perfect in every way

An excellent place to stay with your family, to explore the city.
Pros:

This was perfect for me and my two children to stay for a few nights, to explore the city. Close to everything, including a supermarket. Lovely room with a small but well-appointed kitchen + washing machine. Kids loved the spa and pool. We'd definitely stay again - thank you.

Fantastic apartment hotel over the road from Te Papa Museum and New World supermarket.
Pros:

Fantastic apartment hotel over the road from Te Papa Museum and New World supermarket.
Room was ideal for a family of 4 and the kitchen had everything we needed for the 3 nights we stayed. Easy bus ride on the Airport Express from the airport (instead of hiring a car with car seats) which was a 3 minute walk to the hotel.
Lots of restaurant options in the area or could walk to many other places. Te Papa Museum was perfect for rainy days and literally over the road. Hired a multi seat bike from Croc Bikes which is also very close, great to ride around the waterfront.
New World supermarket was a big one and also had great options for lunches and easy dinners.
15 minute walk to the Cable Car or could take a bus.
Indoor swimming pool was a hit!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels changed every day which was great as was tricky to dry 4 towels each day.

Entrance is in the QT Hotel which is 90 Cable Street so head there.

The room itself was very dark. We were on a low floor which was centred in the hotel, so there was no outside light.
