Great location and loved all the art downstairs
Some sort of alarm or buzzer going intermittently in the morning?

Great location and yummy breakfast super comfy bed
The Gallery bar setting was lovely and loved the artwork throughout.
Bed was not great sides were collapsing where people must sit on side of bed. The bar had limited hours which was disappointing when u want to get a coffee in morning.
The room was amazing - we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Location is excellent.
Beds are super comfy but I think our one was a double which was small for the two of us but not really a huge complaint.
Staff were very helpful when our son ended up in hospital and we had to extend our stay. They held a room for us to extend our stay when we were not sure whether our son would be discharged or not. Room was great, location was excellent.
The shower leaked into the bathroom, the plastic rim at the bottom of the glass shower door did not reach all the way to the floor, so water poured out onto the bathroom floor. I had to ask reception to come up, and they had to use four or five towels to mop up the water. They then suggested I use a rolled-up towel at the bottom of the shower door to prevent this happening again. Also, the large rain showerhead at the top of the shower dripped cold water, even though the setting was switched to the shower rose. We had booked two rooms, and the other room also had shower issues, although not as bad. We had to extend our stay due to our son ending up in hospital. We rebooked the room via the hotel telephone booking line. When my daughter realised the room key was not working (as we had originally only planned on a one-night stay), she went down to reception to get them to reset the key. They asked her to pay for the room before they would reset the room key. She is a 16-year-old teenager and had to pay on her own personal card! We found this quite inappropriate, especially given our circumstances.

We loved everything from the location the atmosphere and the staff were very helpful when we needed anything
Great sized room with good amenities. Really nice pool, spa, sauna too. Lovely staff. Quiet too.

room service was amazing, staff are always friendly. Location is perfect, Panhead nearby is a big positive.
Only thing I can fault about my stay was construction that was happening across the road, which isn't the hotel's fault. Otherwise I have nothing to fault them on.
