Pros:

Perfect location to visit Te Papa. T2 tea was delicious! Loved the pool and spa. Artwork was amazing. Comfy rooms!

Cons:

I struggled to work out how to use the 2 in 1 washer / dryer. :(

Staff were very helpful 🙂

The wellness facilities a spa would of topped it

Middle of winter it was cold and couldn't get room warm, stained bedding was disappointing for a 5 star and the limited car parking was unexpected i work out the bush out in the weather all day paid luxury prices for eh average

Exceptional quality service
Pros:

Everything the staff exceptional along with the service. I was in Wellies for the Wellington marathon and checked out late so I could come back shower etc exceptionally accommodating loved the stay there highly recommended.
