Fabulous room, great central place, close to everything, breakfast was great. And they fulfilled our request for an extra bed, and was great to walk in and it was made and ready to be slept in.
Only a little gripe, was we actually had no idea where the hippo restaurant for breakfast was, we walked around the hotel for a while until a lovely member of staff told us where it was.
Location and views, friendly staff, spacious apartment, in full sun, comfortable beds
The whole bathroom floor flooded when a shower was taken. The kitchen should be updated, and better utensils provided.

check in I was early it was no problem .
No buffet for cooked breakfast only cooked to order . I had a executive one bedroom suite ... no tv in lounge has to ask to move the tv from bedroom this took a full day ... I stayed for 5 nights , had to ask again for tv to be moved so no tv 2 days . room clean but never hoovered and floor was bitty .Had 2 light bulbs out and the shower slide was very loose in wall . Rooms need to be checked to a higher standard at your price point .
I loved how close it was to everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful and the artwork was such a cool feature!
The room was a little dark which made getting ready slightly difficult but I understand that’s the vibe of the place.
Great location, really nice hotel and bar. Staff were lovely. It was my daughters 18th and they made her feel special.
It was quite noisy Saturday night, lots of screaming on the street below and sirens but it was great on Sunday night.

Two towels for two people. Hardly any milk provided and tiny cups. Water poured all over bathroom floor from shower under the door.
