Genial las instalaciones. 3 piscinas, con toboganes, gimnasio 24h, centro de masajes, clases de muay thai, sala de juegos y actividades para niños…

Cons:

La limpieza de las mesas del desayuno dejaba bastante que desear. Tampoco había muchas opciones europeas (jamón york, queso, bollitos…)
Está céntrico en la zona de Ao nang, bastante animada por la tarde noche, pero a 40 min en taxi de Krabi y el aeropuerto.

Great Resort for Families and a location that is close to Markets & Restaurants
Pros:

The location of this resort is excellent, within walking distance to the Ao Nang night markets and restaurants.

Although the beach across the road isn’t ideal for swimming due to the tides, this wasn’t an issue as the resort has two large pools to cool down in, plus a separate children’s pool with three slides. The resort also features beautiful lush gardens, a koi fishpond, friendly staff, clean rooms, and very comfortable beds.
The gym was also a good size with excellent facilities.

The breakfast buffet was good; however, I found the gluten-free options quite limited, with only eggs, yoghurt, salad, and fruit available during my stay. There were no gluten-free pastries, bread, cereals, or bacon available. The coffee was excellent both at breakfast and in the room.

We experienced an issue with our room on the first night, but reception staff were very accommodating and moved us to another interconnecting room for the remainder of our stay.

We visited at the beginning of low season, so the resort was quieter, which we really enjoyed.

We booked our day tours both through the resort tour desk and the same company located just outside the resort. Both offered good prices and we had no issues at all. There were also many money exchange outlets within 200 metres of the resort.

A special mention to Bah at the Island Bar, who made fantastic cocktails every day and always provided friendly service with a smile. Great Happy Hour prices too!

I would definitely recommend this resort for young families.

Cons:

We stayed as three adults in an interconnecting family room. While the room itself was great, the second bedroom bathroom was clearly designed more for young children, with the sink and mirrors positioned at child height — ideal for kids, but less practical for adults.

One thing to note is that there are no indoor air-conditioned dining areas. The breakfast area is open-air on the first floor overlooking the beach. Only the salads, fruit, juices, and yoghurt were kept in a cooled room.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with our 2-year-old daughter and booked a Deluxe Partial Sea View room. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several areas.
Upon check-in, the staff member escorted us to our room. We took the lift to level 3, then had to continue walking until we reached a staircase. At that point, we were informed that our floor did not have lift access and that we would need to carry our pram up and down the stairs for the duration of our stay. Both my husband and I were very disappointed, especially as the hotel was aware we were travelling with a young child. Families with children should be given rooms with proper accessibility. In addition, our request for a crib bed had also been forgotten.
We returned to reception immediately to request a room change. Staff agreed to move us, but only the following day. Back in the room, we noticed several issues. The toilet was dirty, the room smelled damp, and the smell appeared to be coming from the air conditioning. The room also felt old and outdated. Considering we paid extra for a Deluxe room, we did not feel the room met the expected standard.
We waited to see if the damp smell from the air conditioning would go away, but it did not. I started coughing as I am quite sensitive to allergies. Around 1am, my husband went to reception again to express our concerns. A staff member came to inspect the room but did not ask us any questions and instead attempted to spray something into the air conditioning unit. I stopped him because my daughter also has allergies, and I did not want chemicals being sprayed into the room while we were sleeping there.
At around 1:30am, we carried our sleeping daughter downstairs and spoke to reception again. Thankfully, the receptionist on duty was understanding and helpful. He showed us another room. Although the new room was smaller and felt like a downgrade in terms of size, it was much cleaner, newer, and did not have the damp smell.

Its centrally located, reasonable pricing, 2 big swimming pools inside the campus, hence not feel crowded. Big property with different rooms category.
