Great hotel in a very good location. From the moment you step in everybody was so friendly and gave an amazing service.
Rooms are clean and good size.
The breakfast was wonderful and the service was excellent. Special mention to the breakfast manager Lindsey for a great service and friendly atmosphere.
Daysel who welcomes you every morning starts your day in a good feeling. Acquila gave a superb service and friendly smile.

This is truly an outstanding hotel with absolutely nothing left to be desired. We spent the May bank holiday weekend on the occasion of my birthday and were treated with a room upgrade to a Premier suite with a lovely chocolate cake, balloons and a bottle of fizz to greet us in our room when we arrived.

The suite was truly exceptional with elements of luxury in every aspect. What really stood out however was the outstanding service and hospitality provided by every member of staff but special mention to Lindsay and Kerim who provided us with wonderful service and a constant smile every day.

We would not consider staying in any other hotel for our next visit to Vienna.

We spent a short city break in this luxury five stars, where we were wonderfully welcomed with an upgrade in our room giving us a suite instead of the junior suite we had booked. All the staff (reception, room service, concierge, spa, etc.) was very friendly and helpful, if we will come back in Vienna, will certainly stay in this hotel, located within walking distance to all main attractions.

We recently stayed here and I am so glad we did. An upgrade to a Junior suite is always welcomed and appreciated.
This is a wonderful 5* Hotel located away from the busy tourist centre but only a short walk, tram or U bahn to reach it. And yet there are great local restaurants and Cafes nearby.
It is a breath of fresh air compared to the traditional, puffed up priced, Vienna greats. The staff are helpful and friendly without being too stuffy.
The interior design is absolutely beautiful, even if such things are a matter of taste; it is a refreshing change from Austria circa 1880.
The Guest Relations Manager went out of his way to make our stay in the capital a memorable experience.
Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Anantara Palais Hansen. Overall great and friendly service, spacious rooms, and tasty breakfast. Doysel’s warm, welcoming smile and friendly, helfpful demeanor at breakfast was always a great way to begin our day.

We had an amazing breakfast served and attended by Daysel, she was very polite and provided a five star service.

I recently visited with my family over Easter. From the fantastic welcome on arrival to departure every single member of staff was simply excellent, happy and helpful. I cannot emphasise this enough. The rooms were large and had everything you needed and i loved the bar area. It was such a relaxing place to spend time. I would come back to Vienna just to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
