Pros:

We loved the views that the room had. Beach access, location to boardwalk and the best restaurants in all of Atlantic City

Modern facilities, and excellent secure environment

Cons:

Broken elevator, broken glass in elevator, noisy sound in my room from elevator, service desk at casino refused to give my Mom a free t-shirt and coupon as a first time guest gift. Some Bellman staff were unfriendly.

Looking forward to my return stay.
Pros:

The recession staff at check-in was excellent. Myka checked us in. Our room was not ready, however we had requested a room on the 42 floor so that we could be close to our friends. She went out of her way to accomodate us and her efforts were greatly appreciated! The room was exceptional and a great size. The floor to ceiling windows made up for the lack of balcony.

Cons:

Everything was better than expected. The separate bank of elevators was excellent. It took no time to navigate from casino to lobby to room!

We had a nice stay at Ocean, clearly the best AC hotel!
Pros:

Ocean has gorgeous views. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Amada and Linguine by the Sea are both excellent restaurants.

Cons:

The pool was MUCH smaller than advertised. It got very busy and was overrun with kids. Consider the upgrade to the adult pool, but keep in mind the extra $$$
