Η τοποθεσία στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι πανέμορφη. Η θέα των αεροπλάνων που προσγειώνονται και απογειώνονται σε συνδυασμό με την θάλασσα είναι εξαιρετική.

Ωστόσο, η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν αρκετά ευχάριστη. Η κράτηση μας ήταν για δυο άτομα ωστόσο την πρώτη ημέρα που φτάσαμε μας συνόδεψαν έως στο ξενοδοχείο δυο φίλοι μας που κάνουν 8 χρόνια σεζόν στην Σκιάθο για να μας δείξουν πως θα πάμε. Η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν που από όσο κατάλαβα ήταν και ιδιοκτήτρια κατευθείαν είχε προκατάληψη απέναντι μας ότι θα κάνουμε φασαρία και ότι θα της διαλύσουμε το δωμάτιο όπως χαρακτηριστικά μας είπε με το που μπήκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν χωρίς καν ένα καλημέρα «εδώ είναι ήσυχο μέρος δεν θέλουμε φασαρίες» το προσπεράσαμε και πήγαμε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας στο δωμάτιο, Βγαίνοντας από το δωμάτιο μετά από κάποια λεπτά φώναζε το επίθετο μου λέγοντας μου να πάω στην ρεσεψιόν άμεσα και μου είπε «το δωμάτιο είναι αυστηρά για δύο, εδώ έρχονται ήσυχοι πελάτες.»
ΝΑ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΘΕΙ ΟΤΙ ΠΡΙΝ ΑΠΟ ΟΛΑ ΑΥΤΑ μας ζήτησε να πληρώσουμε πράγμα που μου κακοφάνηκε πάρα πολύ.
Φτάνοντας στην τελευταία μέρα μας κανείς δεν μας είχε ενημερώσει για την ώρα του check out ωστόσο εμείς είμασταν έτοιμοι να φύγουμε στις 11 γιατί συνήθως έτσι είναι τα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είχαν βάλει την καθαριστήρια να μας βαράει την πόρτα από τις 10 για να φύγουμε (η καθαρίστρια ήταν πολύ γλυκιά κοπέλα δεν φταίει αυτή προφανώς). Συνολικά, αυτό που μας ενόχλησε περισσότερο δεν ήταν οι εγκαταστάσεις, αλλά η εχθρική και ειρωνική συμπεριφορά απέναντί μας καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής (μάλλον επειδή είμασταν Έλληνες) Δυστυχώς, δεν νιώσαμε ούτε ευπρόσδεκτοι ούτε σεβαστοί ως πελάτες και δεν θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα παρόλο που ήταν πανέμορφο σαν μέρος.

Curățenie impecabila si un personal foarte amabil. Piscina curata . Micul dejun se alege din cateva variante , este bogat si este suficient.

Cons:

Nu are legătură cu locația, insa luați in considerare ca proprietatea este in vârful unui deal, ultima porțiune de drum este de urcat, nu destul de greu pe jos.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la città.
Vista aeroporto, ma nessun disturbo.
Personale molto disponibile, gentile e discreto.
Piscina ben curata.

Cons:

Accesso attraverso strada molto ripida, consigliata solo se si ha un mezzo di trasporto autonomo.

Naprosto skvělé ubytování s perfektní polohou a výhledem na letiště. Ubytování krásné, čisté a personál také velmi vstřícný. Pokud bych se vracela na Skiathos, tak jedině zde!

nice place, nice owners, the rooms are simple, nicely renovated, the pool is nice, the breakfast is tasty, it is not buffet, you choose one of the options listed. The residence is on a hill, quite steep drive or walk. we had a car so it was ok.

Cons:

There was some problems with running water in the shower, or lack of. And there was a smell often coming from the bathroom, they had some problems with the drain pipes I guess, cause we had to leave window open in the bathroom all the time, and door closed

Pros:

Excellent! Very clean, very helpful staff, quiet area, only cicadas can be heard. From our balcony we could see the planes taking off on the airport runway. Great!

Cons:

It is quite far from the airport and there are hills and you could not walk, and local transport does not reach that part. The only transport is taxi, which is about 15 euros from the airport to this accommodation.

We didn't have a rental car, so once we arrived at the accommodation we didn't go out to visit the area, because we only stayed one night and chose to take advantage of the pool rather than being on the roads.
