Pros:

The front office staff were so happy and helpful especially Loan and Thao .
Nothing was a problem and they were so helpful in recommending where to go and see.
I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

Our stay at DMZ was exceptional. The staff were lovely and welcoming towards us, assisting us throughout our stay and providing us with needed information. Was a very warm and friendly environment. Highly recommend!
