Please be aware that being a grade II listed building Invicta Hotel does not have a elevator. 3rd floor rooms are reduced in price to compensate for this but may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems. If you require a lower floor room, please let the hotel know when making a reservation.
Children and pets may only stay on the first and second floor. The stairwells are narrow and cannot accommodate children or pets. There are no extra beds available for children as well. Family rooms have the extra bed for children
We provide Private Parking at the Hotel and it must be reserve prior to the Check-in date with £10 charge per day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I thought that for the price, this was a wonderful little hotel. Beautifully clean, amazing breakfast, lovely staff and a comfortable room with all you'd expect and need.

we were not told that there was scaffolding and workmen outside our window but apart from that a lovely hotel.

Very disappointed when we arrived to find the hotel had scaffolding and work being carried out.
We complained at the time and was told refurbishments were being carried out for the first time in 30 years.
In our opinion if we had prior knowledge of this we would not have booked.
A refund of £14.35 !

The location suited our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Carpet in the room was very stained. Ceiling had water marks from leaks. Scaffolding up so being dealt with but room shouldn't have been let out.

Superb location next to the Hoe monuments and easy walk to Barbican. Breakfast was tasty and so nice to be able to order from a varied menu for hot food instead of a buffet. The fruit/cereals etc were nice and varied. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff I met were so polite, engaging and helpful which made my short stay in Plymouth even better than expected. Do try the Bentley lounge sofas! Thank you.
