Pros:

O quarto estava limpo. Ao nosso dispor tinha disponível água, chás da regiao, e café de maquina no quarto. Funcionários muito simpáticos e acessíveis a qualquer questão colocada. É um hotel bem localizado

Skvělé ubytování v centru Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Pokoj byl skvělý a oceňuji především velké a super pohodlné postele. Komunikace již před naším příjezdem byla velmi milá. Není co vytknout. Snídaně byli pestré a výborné. Doporučuji každému a ráda se vrátím.

Just right.
Pros:

The location was great and the room very comfortable and spacious. The service was also excellent every time, with everyone being kind and welcoming each time. A special note of recognition to the lady in charge of the breakfast who always remembered our americanos!

Da localização (muito próximo do centro da cidade de Ponta Delgada). O pequeno almoço é muito bom, com produtos locais. E o staff é muito simpático!

Good value for money.
Pros:

Close to the centre, but not noisy. Very good breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00. The room was good, but it was a bit difficult to avoid bumping into the bed base. Sorry. Finally, the hotel's service must be highlighted. It is rare to experience such service with a smile. Thank you!

Cons:

We couldn't like the airport and the system at departure. In line for an hour 150 steps. This is too bad and something should be done about it. Will not travel in the future if it is so difficult at the airports. Sorry! Otherwise there is not much one can say anything negative about.

Perfect location, great value for money hotel
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was fine, actually exceeding my expectations. The location is perfect, practically in the city center. The staff was kind, also smooth communication before arrival. There was a great variety of toiletries in the bathroom.

Cons:

Narrow streets and difficult parking. After a few rounds around the building, we managed to park. Cheap rate (€0.50/hour), but note that only coins are accepted. One downside: the curtains couldn't be fully closed as the track was broken.
