Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der bewegte Straße Ponta Delgada. Aber, danke gute Schallisolierung, kann man ganz entspannt gut schlafen. Die Zimmern sind unterschiedlich groß, aber alle sehr sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und mit viele lokale Produkte. Es gibt auch einen sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurant im Hotel.

Cons:

Es wäre schön im Zimmer einen eigenen Kühlschrank zu haben.

Très bonne localisation, un petit déjeuner bon et varié

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieille, lit pas très confortable, beaucoup de bruit dans la rue le soir (nombreux bars situés juste en bas de l’hôtel)

Superior staff and great location but amenities lacking.

Staff excellent. Location excellent also.

Cons:

Breakfast was boring and repetitive and very basic. Watery scrambled eggs, same bread every morning with a few cheeses and processed meats. Tea was undrinkable. Evening meal at restaurant was okay but not special. No place in bathroom to put a toothbrush or cosmetics. Used tea bags provided first morning and they were never replaced over a few days. Tub shower was difficult to get in and out of and pulling button to start shower was a nail breaker. No conditioner or lotion and shower gel was not good for the hair. Beds hard as rocks.

Un hotel classique bien tenu et équipé en centre ville et avec un restaurant- très appréciable quand vous arrivez en début de soirée- cuisine très correcte, et des prix normaux ce qui est rare au Açores où tout est très cher.

Cons:

Le gros problème: ma chambre au demeurant parfaite donnait sur des congélateurs(?),ou un voire des groupes électrogènes(?) qui fonctionnaient, s'arrêtaient, redémarraient....impossible de dormir mêmes avec des boules Quies... .. or le prix de la chambre était pour une nuit aux alentours de 100€ et plus ( certes nous sommes dans la capitale) mais pour ce prix là on peut dormir en toute sérénité.

O unico problema foi ouvir-se toda a noite o barulho do que presumo ser o exaustor de vapor de água de um wc de um quarto contiguo ....isso porque não terá sido desligado..No entanto esses exaustores do vapor dos wc são essenciais que se mantenham .

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, vor allem die Rezeptionistin im Tagesservice.
Ich kam bereits gegen 10.30 Uhr im Hotel an und da die Gäste zuvor bereits ausgecheckt hatten, wurde das Zimmer umgehend gereinigt und für mich vorbereitet, sodass ich bereits nach 45 Minuten in das Zimmer konnte. In dieser Zeit habe ich viele tolle Ausflugstipps und Unterstützung in der Planung von der Rezeptionistin erhalten, die unglaublich freundlich war. Sie war die freundlichste Hotelmitarbeiterin, der ich je begegnet bin.
Es gibt einen kostenlosen Handtuchservice für den Strand im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Mein Zimmer war im Nebengebäude und ok, vor allem aber sauber. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sind schöner wie ich gesehen habe (mit tollem Parkettboden).
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und perfekt, solange man nicht den Anspruch hat, direkt vor dem Hotel parken zu können.

Decent quality for a 2 star hotel; clean, has all basic things

The location is terrible, it's in the party-center of the city, they scream, shout, play loud music, rattle with who knows what on the street and it goes till 5 AM. Sleep is next to impossible there, ear plugs can't block the noise enough

Pros:

Great central location, good breakfast, room was clean. We stayed on a weeknight and did not have problem with noise, but can see how on a weekend there could be as people are outside of the nearby bars
