Great staff (especially at the reception at night), very central location, comfortable room (once we got moved from the 3 single bed room that we explicitly didn't book - traveling with a baby)
The rooms and the hotel in general could do with a major renovation, everything felt and smelled a little old (and our bed lamp was broken f.ex.). Breakfast was very tasteless and boring. Overall, not the best value for money.
Charming renovated bldg everything was exceptional loved they kept the woodwork the floors The front doors were amazing Just 450 meters from the city gates dining was also wonderful and food was terrific
Literally nothing could have been better Staff anticipated my every need I asked for a fan and one was found for me

La reception in orario notturno non è illuminata per cui l ingresso è difficile da individuare.la persona all ingresso quasi scocciato per il nostro arrivo tardivo.le stanze sono molto datate, puzzano di muffa. La colazione abbastanza basic con qualche prodotto del territorio.il prezzo è eccessivo per il servizio offerto. Utile per una notte in caso di arrivo in tarda serata

Locatie, midden in historisch centrum en vlakbij haven in verkeervrije straat. Goede geluidsisolatie, geen last van straatlawaai.
Airco werkte niet, geen oplossing. Badkamer kon properder, uitgerafelde handdoeken, douche verouderd...
La réception ouverte 24h/24h et le personnel sympathique, le grand lit super confortable !, le buffet du petit déjeuner
Tout était bien mais l'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue plein de bars, il faut dormir la fête fermée ;)
