Hotel Dei Pittori

El hotel es muy bonito, desayuno excelente, la ubicación está perfecta, cerca de la estación de tranvía y bus. Además hay muchos lugares para comer cerca. La habitación amplia.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and even the balcony was bigger and nicer than expected. The bathroom was not cramped at all. The hotel has wonderful character and feels like a really nice place to stay. The surrounding area has authentic, local shops and restaurants but the main sights of Turin are an easy walk away as well. Breakfast was wonderful – so much to choose from! I will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Turin.

Sicuramente la gestione, la professionalità, gli spazi, il verde delle piante e piccole accortezze da vero 5*. Ottima la colazione, soprattutto nelle pietanze homemade davvero molto apprezzate. La posizione è fantastica

Beim Frühstück konnte man viele Speisen und Getränke bestellen, die alle frisch zu bereitet wurden und schnell geliefert wurden. Kommunikation war auf Engl. möglich.
Alle Ziele in der Innenstadt/Altstadt waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nice, plush room. Staff kind and helpful. Good breakfast options.
Close to attractions such as the Palazzio Reale, and vibrant dining areas. A little bit of street noise but not too bad.

The photos on the online listing do not accurately represent the current state of facility. Wall paper has either been removed or, as the state of it in our bathroom, it was peeling off walls at the seams. Accents have been removed (throw rugs, decorations, etc.). The accent light fixture in our room was not functional.

I had a glitch where only one guest was noted on my reservation which was made directly on the hotel website. I had overlooked this upon booking. Upon checking in, they charged us the additional 35 Euro/per person/per night due to my error - I checked the website to see where/how I errored. I was able to duplicate the glitch. I then took my device to the front desk, demonstrated the technical error, and I was advised that it was policy for the upgrade charge. We then advised that the web prices were more along the lines of 10 Euro/per person/per night and, again, they advised this was their policy. I was disappointed that they were not willing to make consideration to accommodate us on THEIR technical glitch.

We had a room on first floor and the April days were quite warm. On our first night, we opened windows to cool the room at night. However, the neighborhood is very noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights (through the night until approximately 2:00 AM) that we were there. On the next day, we asked at the front desk if we could turn the split on for air conditioning for the next night due to concern of leaving windows open. We were advised that it was too early in the season and that air conditioning was not available.

All in all - lodging and included breakfast was adequate. However, we were disappointed with with the discrepancy between the hotel website and the present day facilities.

Grande chambre famille, avec lits confortables. Une belle décoration générale à l'exception de quelque détails... qui méritent un raffraichissement.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un peu court... mais élément de la cuisines (oeufs, pancakes...) sont tres bons

Tutto ok staff gentile

Goede locatie, mooi hotel en heerlijk ontbijt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Parkeerplaats is van tevoren te reserveren en voor de deur.

Sehr gut super Lage nahe der Mole. Gutes Frühstück. "La Perla" = erstklassiges Konfekt/Schokoladenfabriik ganz in der Nähe.
