Pros:

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Pyszne śniadania, niezwykle miła i pomocna obsługa. Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Stambułu. Dziękujemy również za przechowanie naszych rowerów – to było dla nas ogromne ułatwienie. Chętnie tu wrócimy!

Pros:

Locatie este apropiata de obiectivele principale din Istanbul. Este langa sectia de Politie, deci o zona sigura, 4 locuri de parcare gratuita in fata cazarii. O terasa frumoasa cu vedere catre mare. Personalul foarte atent si dispus sa ajute. Problema cu frigiderul din camera s-a rezolvat folosind un alt frigider de pe terasa. Am putut parca masina inainte de ora de check-in si dupa ora de check-out astfel incat sa poti vizita cat mai multe. Micul dejun pentru toate gusturile cu accente vegetariene/vegane.

Cons:

In camera 16, unde am stat, frigiderul nu functiona, TV-ul se deschidea singur in timpul noptii. Baia avea un miros uneori deranjant la pornirea ventilatiei -> necesita aerisire naturala. Cu masina e cam greu sa iesi la plimbare in zona, strazile sunt inguste si traficul intens.

Hôtel très agréable dans une rue très calme.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner copieux, très agréable en terrasse.

Cons:

Nous aurions apprécié une bouilloire, le matériel de la salle commune n'étant utilisé que pour le petit-déjeuner.

Hotel con mucha calidez
Pros:

La maravillosa atención del personal, sobre todo de Ferhat Mohammed. El desayuno en la terraza muy rico todo, la vista y la atención increíble. La ubicación muy cerca de muchas atracciones

SÉJOUR TRÈS AGRÉABLE.
Pros:

L'hôtel était vraiment superbe et l emplacement était parfait a quelques minutes de marche de la place de l' hippodrome et la mosque bleu.Notre chambre était propre avec lit comfortable,le petit déjeuner était moyen mais il y"avait ce qu'il faut pour démarrer une belle journée.
Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel qui était très accueillant et surtout Mme Elvira et Rosa qui étaient très gentilles , Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse qui avait une vue magnifique sur la mer de Marmara ,j'y retournerai la prochaine fois.

Cons:

J'ai tous apprécié et je n'ai rien a reprocher.

Établissement bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des principaux sites culturels et historiques, ce qui permet de tout visiter à pied. Ensuite le transport public (tramway, ferry) est très bien pour poursuivre la découverte de cette belle ville.
Je recommande la traversée du Bosphore en ferry public.

L’établissement est simple mais globalement correct. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et varié, avec un renouvellement régulier des produits. À noter toutefois la qualité moyenne du café (café en poudre).
La possibilité de laisser les bagages avant le check-in ou après le check-out, ce qui facilite les transferts.

Cons:

Le service de chambre est très limité : sur six jours, un seul passage a été effectué, et uniquement à la demande.
La chambre attribuée le premier soir ne correspondait pas à ma demande ni à celle réservée.
Il nous a été donné une autre chambre qui ne correspondait pas au niveau de celle réservée (avec lit double et canapé).
J'ai essayé de le faire comprendre à la réceptionniste, en vain. Aucune réfaction de prix n'a bien sûr été faite.

Le niveau sonore peut également être élevé, en partie lié à la clientèle, ce qui peut nuire au confort (conversations et TV fortes après minuit).

Pros:

Леглата са много удобни и чисти ,персонала много възпитан и терасата за закуска с гледка е страхотна. Локацията е страхотна, винаги ни намириха място пред хотела за паркиране без значение колко пъти на ден излизаме с колата. На 4-5 минути пеша от централния площад и на около 10-15минути пеша от капалъ.

Cons:

Бяхме заявили двойно легло ,но бяхме в стая с две единични.

Pros:

这家店的所有工作人员都非常热心，在我入住期间提供了很多帮助，让我感到宾至如归。我提早在早上九点多到达，那天非常冷，酒店人员不仅让我提前入住房间，还贴心给我提供了热茶和点心，让我感到非常温暖。在我离开那一天，还允许我在下午借用顶楼的餐厅参加线上会议，还帮我联系了土耳其的司机。全程我都得到了很多帮助，在异国他乡让我的旅行更顺利。房间里也很干净整洁和温暖，夜晚很安静，不会吵闹。推荐给所有来土耳其的人。
