The staff were very welcoming and the location is great. Everything is close to you and you can go to all the places by walking.
Breakfast was more than enough and if you are still need anything else, you have starbucks, 7-11 nearby.
The rooms were a little small comparing to other places we went to.
Nous connaissions déjà cet hotel, y ayant déjà séjourné 18 ans auparavant. Ce qui nous avait marqué était l'emplacement, juste à coté de l'église et de sa très belle place animée (sans être bruyant).
Nous avons donc décidé d'y revenir avec nos adolescents. Et nous pouvons encore le confirmer: l'emplacement est exceptionnel. Juste à 2 pas du Lac Hoan Kiem, et de tous les commerces.
Nous avons également fortement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des 3 jeunes femmes à l'accueil: Anna, Lola et Lily. La prochaine fois que nous reviendrons à Hanoi, ce sera sans aucun doute, dans cet hotel.
Il est arrivé qu'une chambre sente la cigarette, mais nous supposons qu'un client précédent indélicat n'a pas respecté les consignes. Les jeunes femmes de l'accueil ont tout fait pour régler ce problème.

Really amazing team and location, fantastic breakfast. The welcome every member of the team gave us was amazing. They also helped up with some of our needs on the move and were so welcoming and accommodating, we booked to come back again on our trip because we felt so at home !

Amazing team and welcome, try their very best to make the stay comfortable. So much help. I don’t have all the team members names to thank but to my mind comes Anna, James and LyLy. We ended up changing other accommodation to come back they were fantastic !

I absolutely loved the Minerva Church Hotel in Hanoi. It's conveniently located right across from Starbucks, near St. Joseph Church, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel is also very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and only a 15-minute walk to the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and the Old Quarter.
Perhaps due to its proximity to the church, the hotel's decor is elegant and vintage, giving it a church-like feel.
I stayed in the St. Joseph Double Room and Duomo Suite. The rooms were stylish, spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Furthermore, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel their sincerity and professionalism. A special thank you to Anna for her assistance!
This is a well-managed and hospitable hotel with commendable service. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi!
