Sehr nettes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, die Gäste sind herzlich willkommen, eine schöne nette Unterkunft mit guter Lage und guter Möglichkeit um mit dem Zug nach Rom zu kommen.

I wouldn’t stay there again. I felt I was getting the ‘leftover’ single room, it was awful.

The room I was given on arrival did not meet Booking Com photos. I saw reception and was offered another… it was better but not worth the $$$.

Quelques bémols malgré les charmes de cet hôtel
Pros:

Le charme et le calme du lieu.
La gentillesse et la confiance de l'équipe.
Gare pour le centre de Rome à 10-15 minutes à pied.

Cons:

Manque d'équipements dans la chambre (pas de bouilloire et de quoi se faire un thé ou un café ; pas de petite bouteille d'eau ...).

Plus de personnel à partir de 16h. Compliqué parfois de gérer certains services comme le besoin de taxi malgré la fiche d'informations.

Aucun commerce de proximité (rien à moins de 700 mètres voire au-delà).

Very lovely, comfortable stay while walking the Via Francigena.
Pros:

Lovely little gem of a hotel located in a quiet residential area. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast price was high for the value.

En perle af hotel i udkanten af Rom
Pros:

Et rigtig dejligt, velindrettet og roligt hotel tæt på VF midt i det trafikerede udkant af Rom. Gode muligheder for at sidde udendørs.
Alt var rent, godt og velindrettet og personalet var yderst imødekommende og venlige og gav gode bud på spisesteder tæt på hotellet.
God morgenmad med venlig servering.
