Pros:

Bardzo miły i przyjazny personel w recepcji. Personel sprzątajacy do przeszkolenia z podstawowych zachowań houskeeping (patrz niżej). Przyjemna i otwarta do późna restauracja na dole.

Cons:

Około godziny 8 rano ktoś z prsonelu sprzątającego, bez pukania, wszedł do naszgo pokoju używajac swojej karty.

Zimmer, Housekeeping und Frühstück waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Es war ziemlich hellhörig und es war nach 23 Uhr noch sehr laut in der Hotelbar, was man bis ins Zimmer im ersten Stock gehört hat.

nice, safe, clean, though a little bit out of the way and a bit too warm.
Pros:

Room was ok, clean and generally comfortable. The location was a bit far from the bus station but you could easily get to another stop where the bus to Tatra would stop, and it's closer to the park than the bus station.

Cons:

There was a heatwave and it even got too warm in Zakopane. The room was well on the top floor and they didn't have a fan for me to use, so I struggled to sleep. Breakfast started at 7 or 8 am well after I'd already be on the trail in Tatra, though it's possible to pick up a few things from stores the day before.

Pros:

Loistava sijainti, avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta niin hotellissa kuin ravintolassakin, sekä todella hyvä ruoka. Hotellin yleiskunto kiitettävä.

Cons:

Hotellin wifi ei toiminut vaan oli pakko käyttää mobiilidataa.

The location, staff, rooms were all very good. The restaurant food is superb. Fantastic food and good prices. Well done to all.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast bar was a little more bigger with moe space. I will add a toaster and another coffee machine.
