近日中にリピートしたいです👍
Pros:

部屋も広くて、9階だったので、ロケーションもよく開放感抜群でした。上層階、角部屋のリクエストにも、対応して頂き、ありがとうございました♪朝食も、洋食、和食のセットメニューでしたが、ボリューム満点で健康的なメニューで美味し買ったです。お風呂も温泉♨️でなかなかいい泉質でした。

Cons:

ベランダに、小鳥の死骸がありました。リビングのソファーが座り心地悪いです。

Pros:

We stayed in the summer season, so restaurant hours were more limited I think, but the staff here were wonderful. Their onsen was a trip highlight; we went every day. Their breakfast buffet is very elaborate and delicious.

Cons:

We would have appreciated more evening dinner options at the hotel- if you don't reserve the restaurant, the cafe closes pretty early.

素晴らしい景色が望めるお部屋
Pros:

スタッフさんとシャトルバスのドライバーさんがとても親切で、私達の要望にも快く対応してくださり、本当に有り難かったです。ホテルの外にヤギさんがいてとても可愛くて癒されました。温泉の泉質はよく、あつめのお湯で疲れが取れます。水風呂は無いので冬場の利用が最適だと感じました。自然に囲まれていて星空や部屋からの景色は最高でした。車ではありませんでしたが徒歩でも簡単な散策ができました。近くの山もハイキングができそうでした。近辺のおすすめをドライバーさんがたくさん教えてくれてありがたかったです！

Cons:

カーペットやソファのシミ、部屋の網戸に穴があったのと備え付けのIHが使えなかったのが気になりました。代わりにポータブル式のものが用意されていました。部屋はもう少し清掃がされていると快適に感じられると思いました。電話をかけた時に繋がらないことが2.3回あったので少し不安になりました。スキーシーズンでは無いためかスタッフさんがやや少ないのかなと感じましたが、それでも最善を尽くしてくれました。露天風呂には蜘蛛がたくさんいて蜘蛛恐怖症の人にとっては快適では無いだろうと思います。4つ星ホテルなのでより気になってしまいました。

親切で気持ちが良いホテル
Pros:

お部屋も広く、朝食も美味しく、温泉も良かった。
外にはヤギさんがいてお得感があった。

Cons:

仕方ない事ですが、お部屋の絨毯やソファの汚れがどうしても気になってしまった。
朝食の飲み物がドリンクバーではないものが充実してればなお良かった。100%オレンジジュースなど。

こんなに広いホテルは初めてでのんびり満喫できました
Pros:

朝食がおいしかったし毎日メニューも変わっていたので、楽しめました。
部屋が期待通りとても広かった。
温泉の泉質もよく露天風呂を楽しめました。

Cons:

部屋の清掃が行き届いていない。
ソファの下から前の宿泊客のトランプや汚れた靴下が出てきた。
カーペット敷なので埃っぽい。綿埃も出てきた。
温泉の脱衣所が狭い、ドライヤーが少ない。

Pros:

朝ごはんがおいしかったです

Cons:

4歳と5歳の子供が添い寝無料になっており、布団や朝ごはんがついていなかった。（これはbooking側の不備）
まず、布団のことをフロントへ伝えると「添い寝になっているので、シングル２つで大人2人、子供3人で寝てください」と。普通に考えて狭くて無理ですと伝えてると感じは悪かったですが追加で布団を敷いてくれました。布団を敷にきてくれた男性スタッフに予約確認票には朝ごはんも全員込みとなっているし、布団も込みである事を伝えると「予約サイトの事なな「みんなそうだけど追加料金を払っている」「
