Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war besonders zuvorkommend und sind auf Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

Personal im Restaurantbereich waren ignorant. Frühstück war unterer Durchschnitt. Bei Zimmer ohne Balkon lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und es war ein Schimmel Geruch im Zimmer.

Extremely deceiving
Pros:

There was friendly staff at reception who did not complain to refund us our mone after our unhappiness.

Cons:

Pictures are very deceiving. We had to Request a refund as the rooms was not what was booked and looked as chosen via bookings. There was blood on the curtains and headboard when we requested the same room type as per what we chose. The initial room given was completely deceiving and dirty with an odour. This is a 2 star accommodation.Location was dangerous . It seems to be in a township. We had to leave in the monsoon rains and book at Patong Beach. It's shocking how some guest review's are exceptional. We came from south Africa for a holiday and was very upset on our arrival.

La piscine

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bruyant à toute heure et la chambre est très mal insonorisée. La propreté laisse à désirer, la climatisation fonctionne mal et le ménage est insuffisant (pas d’aspirateur, pas de changement de serviettes). En revanche, l’extérieur de l’hôtel est très beau et la piscine est agréable.

Pros:

Το μοναδικό πράγμα που μου άρεσε ήταν ότι το δωμάτιο μας είχε απευθείας πρόσβαση στην πισίνα.

Cons:

Περιμέναμε δύο ώρες για την προετοιμασία του δωματίου όπου ήταν άλλο από αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει οπότε περιμέναμε άδικα γιατί πήγαμε στο σωστό μετά. Η καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη ούτε μια μέρα δεν αλλαξαν τα σεντόνια και το ξερω γιατί από την πρώτη μέρα είχε ένα σημαδάκι η παπλωματοθηκη και υπήρχε εκεί για 7 μέρες η τουαλέτα άρχισε να κάνει σημάδι από βρωμια εσωτερικά που σημαίνει ότι δεν καθαρίστηκε καμία μέρα (δεν είχε πιγκαλ να το κάνουμε εμείς ) και το πάτωμα απλά το περνούσαν με την σφουγγαρίστρα στις γωνίες είχαν μαζευτεί τριχες κλπ , μόνο τις πετσέτες αλλάζαν. Να σημειωθεί ότι ζητήσαμε δύο φορές να καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο κανονικά . Το πρωινό έχει μόνο ταϊλανδέζικα πιάτα και από τα βασικά έχει ψωμί ,μαρμελάδα ,γάλα και φρούτα . Το κτίριο και η πισίνα χρειάζονται οπωσδήποτε μια ανανέωση τα πλακάκια από την πισίνα φεύγουν και υπάρχει μούχλα παντού κυριολεκτικά γύρω γύρω αν εξαιρέσεις αυτά το τοπίο είναι όμορφο . Και το ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ που πάθαμε ήταν ότι μια και μοναδική φορά που φάγαμε βραδινό στο ξενοδοχείο (καρμπονάρα και κλαμπ σαντουιτς) πάθαμε δηλητηρίαση και το προσωπικό δεν είχε την δυνατότητα να μας παρέχει κάποιο χάπι για να σταματήσει ο εμετός και η διάρροια . Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν μια καλή εμπειρία.

Pros:

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. There is a good amount of places to eat that is walking distances. You do have to walk through an alley to get to them, but just like most places in Thailand I never felt unsafe walking through them, even at very late hours.
