Quarto muito pequeno, pouco confortável. Não foi aceito efetuar check in 40min antes do horário, sendo que no dia seguinte fizemos o check out às 06:00 e não tomamos o pequeno. Acredito que faltou cordialidade. Os funcionários não falavam inglês corretamente e não eram educados

朝食のご飯がとても美味しかったです。
特に和食の種類が豊富でとても満足しました。
宿泊者しか出入りできないようにセキュリティもしっかりしていて安心して宿泊できました。

Cons:

子連れだったので新宿駅から歩くのは少し遠く感じてしまったのでそこだけ少しマイナスかなと。

Una camera mignon come se fosse un cuccia in mezzo al caos di TOKYO

POSIZIONE centrale ma non proprio dentro al caos.
Kit bagno ben fornito.
Kit caffè e thè assortito bene.
Ogni giorno (se non si desidera la pulizia della camera) mettono gli asciugamani puliti sulla porta della camera.
BUONA colazione, molto varia, anche buone possibilità per una colazione dolce.
Ceck in e Ceck out molto veloci.
Ottima la lavanderia.

Cons:

Camera microscopica, ma si sa se si vuole spendere delle cifre passabili e si vuole essere anche centrali, il prezzo da pagare è la non grandezza delle camere.

Decent stay overall, but the hotel felt quite stingy — The rooms were also tight and not really set up for families, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling with kids. Location and cleanliness were fine, staff were okay, but the overall experience felt more basic than expected.”

An sich war alles sauber, zwar sehr klein und etwas altmodischer eingerichtet, aber okay

Wir dachten, wir legen mehr Wert auf eine zentraler Lage, jedoch hätten wir im nach hinein doch eine Unterkunft in einer anderen, etwas ruhigeren Gegend bevorzugt, da man sowieso gut mit der Bahn alles erreichen kann. Es war doch ein stärkeres Party Viertel als wir dachten, vor dem Hotel standen auffällig viele Frauen rum… dort gab es nachts dann auch eine sehr laute Auseinandersetzung, das war nicht wirklich achön mitzubekommen. Außerdem lagen am Sonntagmorgen echt viele sehr alkoholisierte Menschen auf den Straßen rum.
