Pros:

The exterior, the lobby, friendly check-in staff, location, huge room, comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

The room's furniture is a mixture of old and new. The mirror faces the bed. The toilet flushing button was a little stiff, so I needed to use a little strength to press it. The bathtub isn't suitable for seniors to climb in and out of.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Check in/out smooth with friendly staff.
Breakfast spread good, and service staff very efficient to clear plates and refill food.
Lift is big and comfortable.
We stay standard twin room, and it was huge room, and a huge bathroom with rain shower.
Room has safe, kettle, clothes cabinet, mini fridge, coffee/tea, mineral water and a smart TV with internet access + Youtube channels. Everything have.
Aircon and WIFI was strong also.
Location is about 10 mins walk to KSL, or 5 mins walk to Pelangi Mall.
Beside hotel there is a massage shop but we had no time to try.

Cons:

The hot water takes a while to come out from the shower.
I had to let the cold water run almost 5 mins, then it turn into hot water with the tap turned to extreme left side (red mark).

Even though the breakfast is nice, I would not choose it for my next trip.
Pros:

Big room and very nice breakfast.

Cons:

The shower water pressure is very low. The fridge is not functioning. There is only have power socket near the make-up table, and it sparks when I try to use it. The toilet is not fully enclosed, as there is a gap above the door. No variety of TV channels.
