It would be great if the hotel had a restaurant and an ATM on-site. The shower could also be improved by having a flexible, adjustable shower head that guests can move themselves.

Excelente lugar!
Pros:

La Habitación era muy cómoda. La cama era de gran calidad así como las almohadas. El aire acondicionado era silencioso y funcionaba de maravilla. El baño es amplio y muy bien equipado. El Internet siempre funcionó muy bien. El desayuno era muy variado y rico, además de que atienden muy bien. La ubicación del hote es perfecta porque esta casi en la Av El Poblado y con solo cruzar la calle llegas al CC Santa Fe.

Cons:

El ascensor requería usar la tarjeta incluso para bajar al lobby y eso siempre es una molestia. Por lo que vi, el restaurante solo da desayunos, no tienen servicio de cena o menú adicional. El Lobby es cómodo pero algo pequeño y tiende a llenarse.

The cleanliness of the hotel is something that really needs to be improved. When I arrived at my room, I found about four cockroaches inside, which was very disappointing.

The air conditioner also needs to be repaired as soon as possible, as it was not working properly.

Tienen problemas con el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Eventos electricos (toma corrientea que no funcionan), con agua caliente, en aire acondicionado (ruido) y mucho ruido por estar al frente de la avenida el poblado, no hizo grata mi estadía

Un hotel funcional

La ubicación es central y facilita el desplazamiento por la ciudad donde se requiera. Lo mejor del hotel es su gente, todas las personas del counter fueron maravillosas, facilitaron mi viaje y me resolvieron todas las situaciones, así que Johnatan, Ivan, Felipe y Edwin, mil y mil gracias.

Cons:

La primera habitación que me dieron estaba muy empolvada y en general tenía un gran deterioro. No hay restaurante para la noche, así que quien se aloje debe asegurarse de su comida por fuera antes de llegar al hotel.
