スタッフの対応は良かったですが、一部のスタッフさんにチェックイン手続きの際あまり誠意のない対応が見受けられました。

Pros:

The rooms are small but it is like this in all hotels. The employees are really kind and helpful. Middle of the night our air condition was not working we went to lobby and 3 people are awake and working they helped and fixed it in 5 minutes. Thank you for everything.

Beware THIEVES staff
Pros:

The cleaners have managed to steal $100 and my parcel which arrived after I left worth ¥300,000.

Cons:

Even though this seems like a good hotel, and in a central location. The losses we incurred from staying here are crazy. They deny everything even though my tracking link says they took the parcel. And I lost $100 note that the cleaner stole from my drawer.

床跟浴廁都很乾凈，櫃檯的服務員很親切，一樓就是超商很方便。
住宿位置離車站近，不過最近的出入口沒有手扶梯及電梯，但車站大廳出來的路算近也算順暢。

Cons:

因為這趟主要是住週末，週末算滿清幽，但平日晚上路邊會容易遇到喝過酒的人出現。（最近的鬧區看起來應該是喝酒的地方）
房間裡新幹線經過的聲音很明顯，雖然半夜就不會有了。
