Okay, but certainly not worth the money we paid!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

The room and hallway smelled musty and moldy! And we were charged much more than the booking price quote.

Excellent staff, busy location
Pros:

Helen at the front desk got me into my room a little early and made sure I was taken care of, as I arrived early on my bicycle, even though they had sold out the night before. Jackie did a great job with breakfast.

Cons:

The grounds could have been better maintained. Bee/wasp nest in the rose bushes that really need pruning, trash in parking lot, AC was noisy and thermostat on the wall didn’t work.

Very comfortable
Pros:

Close to shopping. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking lot was very packed with big work trucks and people were parking in the parking lots of the retail stores across from the hotel

Was not happy with having a dirty room.

The room was poorly cleaned and was not too happy with that. Bathroom was had dirt and someone else hair on the wall. Bed pillows were dirty. I’ve stayed here before and i don’t think i will be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet! Exactly how I like it!
Pros:

It’s located in a great area with lots to do! The facility was so clean and smelled great! My room was perfect and I could still smell the cleaning supplies when I got in there. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were fluffy! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Will absolutely be back in the future!

Living bubble
Cons:

That the living bubble, 50 miles outside the hotel, was not given to Booking.com which resulted to my reservation being canceled without me knowing till I tried to check in. It made my guest have to use her address to book a room at a higher price.

Pros:

One of the bathroom towels had makeup/lipstick on it. Bathroom sink drained slow. Breakfast is advertised 630am, breakfast didn't start until 7. When you have to be on the road that puts a damper on the morning.

VERY disappointed!

Cons:

Stained linen, holes and stain in ceiling, inaccessible outlets,stains on carpet, peeling wallpaper, unsecured electrical component, , and then we found dirty socks at foot of the bed. Was it even cleaned? Requested new room but was told none available. Room overpriced. Did not meet expectations and conditions not consistent with the standards of a Holiday Inn Express
