Pros:

Services are great with variety of good food served for the breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

I was not expecting that my room would be intruded by any staff after I had checked in for my stay (I did not put any sign for housekeeping). I went out for dinner and returned to my room to only find traces of items being moved. But fortunately, my items and possessions were not stolen.

Was a good short baby-moon staycation!
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious - lots of soft fluffy pillows and extra short bolsters. We were able to top up for water and coffee capsules although we skipped house keeping the next day. Appreciate that.

Cons:

My iphone was not able to connect to the wifi connection but it was ok for my husband on android. Will be good if the team can look into it. We had dinner at the restaurant near the orchid tea rooms and unfortunately some menu was out of stock. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Beautiful friendly hotel that provides excellent service
Pros:

Staff were efficient and polite and responded to requests immediately. Great buffet breakfast ( both Western and Asian) , comfy beds and wonderful bathroom

Cons:

Is a bit hard to get to although they provide a free shuttle from KL Sentral. Due to roads outside takes awhile to walk to sights

Nostalgic environment to colonial times, excellent service from registration to high tea & turn down service. Surprise room upgrade!

Amazing old world charm , perfect stay. You can also,stay in the modern part .
Pros:

Amazing property, we chose to stay in the old heritage part of the hotel which we loved. A real old world charm. Breakfast was the best, so many options.
