acceptable but long stay i will request to switch room position to avoid traffic noise
Pros:

1. Staff was helpful and helped arrange 15th floor as per request.
2. Staff was responded fast to complaint of missing TV remote
3. Breakfast variety is good and food was nice.

Cons:

1. Room TV remote missing
2. ligiting infront washroom not working well
3. although in 15th floor, room window sound proof was not good. traffic noise can hear cearly. very disturbing especially car siren passing along the highways.

Pleasant but could be better for that price.
Pros:

Location is strategic. And it has the England vibes

Cons:

Pillow case were stained and they should have plug points beside bed instead of study table only. Food is average for that price
