Best location to MSG with the best staff!
Pros:

The location to MSG is perfect! If driving in yourself and parking at Dock parking, leaving is a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable.

Pros:

The location is superb and also the all day coffee and tea bar. The shower is one of the best.

Cons:

I was given a dark and rather gloomy room at first, and in fairness to the staff, it was changed immediately to a better one after I asked for it. But I do wonder why that was necessary if a better room (in the same category) was available in the first place. Also, housekeeping missed my room twice.

Me cobraron el total de la estadia diciendome que solo pasaban mi tarjeta como garantia. Ya la habia pagado antes a traves de Booking. Hasta la fecha no me lo devolvieron. Me la cobraron y no me dijeron nada. Me entere cuando llego el resumen de mi tarjeta. Pesimo !!
