Ticked the box for a 2 night stay in central NY.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, cool room. Looked after our bags all day until check in at 4. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was ok but a bit small for 4.
Could have provided larger free water bottles.
Breakfast was simple but ok.

Pros:

Does The Job. Location Next To Penn Station is the real winner here. No issues with the elevators like some other reviewers are saying. Room was small, but it’s NYC so space is at a premium. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the room could have come with a mini fridge. The area is good; there is a 24-hr CVS around the block where you can grab sundries, snacks, and beverages. The hotel is also convenient to the subway (A,C, E lines). Great location for attending MSG events as well. I would stay here again.

Marc was the man!
Pros:

Our stay was very nice! The breakfast was plentiful and had many options. Room was very clean too. Marc, the staff member who checked us in at the front desk, was very accommodating and friendly. He seems like an invaluable and very experienced member of the staff and i hope this review gets him some recognition! Honestly, our stay was made that much more enjoyable because of his assistance and accommodations! Will stay again.

Great hotel close to Penn Station / MSG
Pros:

Great location next to Moynihan Hall / Penn Station and close to MSG! It is also close to K-town, good sushi restaurant (Blue Ribbon), Starbucks, Blue Bottle Coffee, a Target, and CVS. The staff was awesome! So nice and eager to help. The rooms were a decent size for NYC and clean. The view was great and liked how you could crack open the window to get some airflow. The breakfast is included and convenient.

Cons:

The hotel does need a refresh but given the location and value, it was not as big of a deal.

Train Traveler Conveniences
Pros:

The hotel location was perfect as a traveler since it was steps away from Penn Station/Moynihan Hall. I could see the doors from my room. Despite being a block away from Madison Square Garden (on night 3 of the NBA Finals), my room was quiet. The room was clean, bed was firm (the way I like it) and the shower was spacious. Check-in was listed at 4pm. I was able to get into my room around 3pm. I appreciate on of the attendants seeking me out in the lobby to let me know there was a room available. There was also free breakfast until 9:30am with a variety of options including Gluten free bagels and a pancake making machine.

I do wish there was lotion in the room. Maybe it was just an oversight by the cleaning staff.

Would stay here again!

Great hotel, great service, and fair prices.
Pros:

I liked that it was next to MSG (We had a concert there). and close to Penn Station. Also that the hotel served breakfast, and best of all it had laundry service. Overall the stay was perfect.

Cons:

I don't have anything to say about, what I didn't like. We enjoy our hotel, and it's amenities.

It was a decent hotel and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast choices were very good and the dining area was kept nice. There was coffee in the lobby at all times, and they made fresh decaf coffee later in the evening when we asked for it. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We had 3 rooms and my Uncle's room was not ready until 5:30pm which was problematic since he is 88. There was a cleaning cart in the hallway of our floor (6th fl) 24/7 and we had to walk around it when exiting the elevator or visiting family's room. The elevators often didn't work and there were long waits which made them very crowded.

Would have been ok if there was water in the bathroom and if the hotel didn’t keep billing us.
Pros:

Location excellent for access to Penn Station
Room simple but ok and bed comfortable

Cons:

No water to take a shower in the morning or to brush our teeth. We were given a bottle of water that was then BILLED TO US!
Now we are getting small amounts billed to our credit card (the one we showed for “security”. THIS IS NOT SECURE FOR US!!!
I am going to ask the bank to stop paying you.
