Соттрудники грубые, у меня по брони была одна сумма, они хотели снять намного больше, чем положенного. Хотят надурить. Если не согласны, то можете отменить бронь сказали. Думаю так нельзя поступать с клиентами.

Service de nettoyage de la chambre oubli ! et machine à glaçons juste à côté de la chambre tout le monde vient se servir à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit

Pros:

The convenience to a train station. Free breakfast, cleanliness, staff were friendly.

Cons:

We asked for a City View but instead we got the solid wall view. The 4th floor elevator is not stopping to pick us up which happens twice that we had to call the operator to get us through.

Acceptable, but I won't be reutrning.
Pros:

Location was good - assuming you want to be in the area of Penn station / Madison Sq. Gardens. Concierge was very helpful, as were the cleaning staff.

Cons:

B'fast was very limited and of poor'ish quality; some days they ran out of what was already a very limited offering. Room small for 2 people - even Tokyo was bigger. And worst of all, there were no hooks to hang up coats on the wall as you come in. Wardrobe was okay; there was only one small desk chair. I also noticed on 2 nights of our 9 night stay that the daily rate was almost double - and it wasn't a weekend.
