A lovely stay
Pros:

The apartment was really big, with plenty of room for 2 of us. It had all the amenities you'd need, although we didn't use very much as we were out most of the time.

The staff were really friendly. We particularly liked Rui, the bar manager (and his Rui Special cockatails).

We were close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and shops.

The complex was clean and felt really safe.

There was plenty of room around the pools. Given there were 17 of us, it was great to be able to easily grab sunbeds.

All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Cons:

There is nothing negative to feedback on our stay.

I recommend checking the room for damage, reporting anything to staff and taking photos. We were almost charged for damage we didn't cause, but the manager was really helpful and we did receive our refunded deposit.

Чисто и комфортно, два бассейна на территории + 1 с подогревом, в номере есть все необходимое и даже больше, очень помогла стиральная машина . Привет заезде берут депозит 250 евро, надеюсь вернут )))

La limpieza, bonito y muy completo de menaje

Cons:

La hora del chek out exageradamente temprano. A las 10,00 am, en domingo…uno va a descansar un fin de semana y no es posible. Nos llamaron por teléfono la tarde de antes para preguntarnos a que hora nos ibamos, nunca nos ha pasado eso. Les dijimos que sobre las 11.00 y nos dijeron que no, que a las 10.

La habitación no es como la que habíamos elegido. Nos dieron un duplex con la habitación en la planta alta y la escalera es muy empinada y peligrosa. Arreglen la escalera y añadan dos peldaños mas (hagan un descansillo en la meseta), tiene fácil solución.

We will be back!
Pros:

The resort is a great location, super friendly staff. Lovely apartment, well kitted out with everything we needed and even loungers on our balconies/ terraces. Choice of pools, facilities are clean, food is good and the pool bar was great. We visited as a group celebrating a hen and couldn’t recommend more. Fantastic value.

Lovely size room, with all the essentials you need for an apartment. Very clean grounds and the facilities were excellent.

Cons:

The bed wasn't the most comfy and the pillows were quite poor, but I'm just nit picking here. It was generally one of the best places I have stayed in.

Jardins muito cuidados e lindos. Apartamento muito espaço, cozinha totalmente equipada, bom banho
Excelentes piscinas interiores/ exteriores
Simpatia do Rodrigo que nos recebeu na recepção.
Pequeno almoço com muito cuidado e preparado na hora.

Cons:

Apesar do apartamento estar super completo inclusive com máquina de lavar louça, julgo que ter detergente para louça seria bom.
No pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade de frutas.
