Très beau , bel emplacement , un havre de paix
Pros:

L’emplacement, l’accueil, le petit déjeuner, le style de l’établissement

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude le soir pour se laver alors que nous avons payé un supplément baignoire et pas d’eau pour se laver les dents à notre départ pour l’aéroport.

Friendly staff in perfect location to visit Rethymno and surrounding nature in Crete
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff across all the roles in the hotel, as well as the extremely central location in the old town. I visited the hotel in the beginning of the season opening in April but I suppose it would be amazing to sit around the pool at the inner patio and have Cafe Freddo during the summer time.

Cons:

Nothing - great value for money.

Lovely Hotel in Old Town but you don’t get a lie in!
Pros:

Great location
Very attractive
Good breakfasts

Cons:

Little storage facilities in executive room for clothes
Noisy cleaning/breakfast staff early in morning, the town itself was quiet but the staff make sure you don’t sleep past 7am.

A six stars hotel in the making

Staff attends your every need, they pamper you
The venue
Location is perefect to enter the old venetian town and to park your car on the waterfront, to live the daylife and the nightlife of Rthymno.
- Two iconic pools available, one of them opened 24/7, the welcome drink there at night was magical.
The jacuzzi was top notch, don't forget to switch it off on the eletrical switchboard to silence it at night.

An interior design makes you feel at home,
- The entrance lobby is a must in an era where they squeeze every penny out of every square meter

Breakfast is amazing, honey combs, meringue lemon pie, strawberry cakes, filter coffee and all the standards of the "international breakfast" that will suit most

Helt perfekt
Pros:

En rolig oase midt i gamlebyen. Utrolig hyggelig betjening som ga god service og oppriktig omtenksomhet. Vi følte oss veldig ivaretatt. Atmosfæren var svært god og behagelig.

Lage Super - Bei Zimmerkategorie aufpassen!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Schöner Innenhof mit Pool. Frühstück in Ordnung, aber nichts aussergewöhnliches. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Zimmer leider eher altmodisch. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Morgens haben sich die Senoritas vom Staff schon um 7 Uhr lautstark im Innenhof unterhalten, da hier das Frühstück stattfindet.

Centraal in de oude stad. Prachtig hotel en zeer servicegericht personeel. Zeer goed ontbijt met veel keuze. Bij aankomst goed geholpen

Cons:

We hadden residence voor 4 personen geboekt, maar een bed was de bank in de woonkamer. Deze lag erg slecht. Ze hebben opgelost door een matras op te leggen, maar was echt niet comfortabel.

Nous avons adoré l'ambiance de cet hôtel.
Pros:

Tout était parfait à cet hôtel. Personnel très courtois. Très bel hôtel, très bon emplacement. Architecture magnifique.
Petit déjeuner très complet, diversifié, copieux.

L'installation de la douche, espace un peu restreint.
