Ενω ειμασταν στην καρδια της παλιας πολης ητανε πολυ ησυχο το σπιτι και επειδη ηταν και το τερμα παρνω δεν ακουγοτανε τιποτα αποτα αλλα σπιτια.το πρωινο εξαιρετικο και το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικο.πολυ ωραιο το σπιτι.

Rimondi is beautiful and the staff make you feel like you are at home
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly
The building is beautiful and the room very comfortable
The location in old town is great too

Cons:

The only thing that could make Rimondi better is to have a designated car park.
Finding parking nearby was sometimes challenging and expensive

Right inside the beautiful old town
Pros:

The property is located within the old town and so close to all amazing restaurants and little shops. Even though we were right in the middle of old town in the cobbled streets (no driver access), the location of the hotel was perfect.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and professional. Nothing was a problem. They met us at where our taxi had arranged to drop us off (at beginning of cobbled streets) to take our luggage a short minute walk to hotel. Also the breakfast staff were so friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Lots on offer with fresh juices and a healthy smoothie each morning.

Cons:

We had booked two rooms and both were lovely - being next to one another - but we found our bed, being a smaller double, to be a little smaller than we would have liked. Bedding
, even though beautifully clean, could have been a little more substantial (even though in one of the rooms a blanket was provided)

We didn't get the cleaning service on one day but we were offered clean towels and more toiletries.

Amazing boutique hotel for short stay in the old town
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring the old town

Cons:

Shower in the Eden Residence was off the kitchen - separated by just a curtain. Difficult to use the small pools - more for a very quick dip to cool off

Pros:

Great location in town. We were at the heart of all the shops and the beach was a 10 minute walk! The staff were also just wonderful and attentive. The hotel itself is just beautiful. Many nights after being out we sat outside and had a night cap. Fantastic experience

They even let us to use the hotel facilities after check out because are flight was late .
Location is great at the center of rethymno
