Pros:

L'emplacement dans le centre de la vieille ville est parfait, avec un parking à proximité.
L'hôtel est plein de charme et très cosy.
Le.petit dejeuner est très copieux et tres agréable autour de la piscine.
Le personnel est aux petits soins.

La literie pour le 3eme lit n'était pas bonne

Highly recommended. Extremely central.
Pros:

The Reception staff and manager were extremely helpful and kind despite an initial disagreement which was resolved within 24 hours

Cons:

There were two small things which bothered me. The size of the pool, and the shower was very small and when the bath shower was used instead, a lot of water leaked onto the floor.

Amazing stay in the heart of Rethymno
Pros:

In the heart of the city centre, Rooms were immaculate and spacious, had air con in room which was amazing, and the breakfast was filling

Cons:

Beds were hard and the walls were thin to you could hear other guests walking and talking in the halls and because my room overlooked where breakfast was held you could hear people in the mornings

Truly relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and right in the centre of Rethymno, but quiet and ideal for a relaxing break as well as sightseeing.
Breakfast is amazing with an incredible variety of food and choices and is an unhurried pleasure eaten outside in the lovely courtyard. All the rooms are individual but all have pleasing outlooks and we were truly happy with our room at the top of the hotel with its views over the town. The two pools are wonderful the bar extremely pleasant and quiet. and the staff are amazing, attentive, courteous and so very helpful. This is a wonderful hotel.

Cons:

I really cannot think of any improvements that could be made or are needed to be made. The hotel owners have thought of everything.

Everything. Location was great, the pool garden must be the most peaceful place in town, breakfast was amazing,the staff was helpful and polite, I would definitely stay there again.
