Gutes Haus in guter Lage
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem nicht zu großen Hotel. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein sehr gut ausgestaltetes Frühstücksbüfett mit einem vier Gänge Menü Abends sorgte für das leibliche Wohlbefinden.
Ein Hotel das man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen kann.

Cons:

Für meine Bedürfnisse etwas zu weiches Bett. Im Zimmer war es immer warm, obwohl die Heizung abgedreht war.

Perfekter urlaub mit Hund

-Parkplatz vor der Tür
- extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - von der Rezeption, bis hin zum Gastrobereich und Reinigungsbereich.
-sehr hundefreundlich und überall willkommen sogar im restaurant auf anfrage erlaubt!
- zimmer trotz "hundezimmer" sehr groß und sauber. Unser Hund haart extrem - davon war nach der zimmerreinigung absolut nichts zu erkennen. Eigene Decke und Hundenapf wurden bereitgestellt.
-im allgemeinen sehr sauber und schöne Ausstattung egal ob Zimmer/Lobby/Restaurant
-sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett und exzellentes 4 Gänge abendmenü
- sehr gute Lage für viele Aktivktäten - wanderwege direkt vorm Hotel aus möglich Rosskopf Bahn nur wenige Auto minuten entfernt oder ca 40min Fußweg, Brenner outletcenter in ca 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar, innenstad Sterzing gut erreichbar
-bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel
-sehr gut ausgestatteter Spa/Wellnessbereich

Leider keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer - das ist jedoch "jammern" auf höchsten Niveau

Besonders gefallen hat mir der herzliche Empfang sowie das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Servicepersonal. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren begeistert von der Qualität der Speisen. Auch zum Frühstück wurden viele regionale Produkte angeboten und auf Wünsche perfekt eingegangen. Der Wellnessbereich war perfekt und wurde von uns auch ausgiebig genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen angenehm themperiert. Die Nähe zu Sterzing und geringe Entfernung zu den Bergen um Ratschings Jaufen machten es zum Wandern und Mountainbiken ideal.

Perfect location for discovering Tirol
Pros:

Perfect location to visit various attractions. The bus stops right at the door, and with the hotel ticket, you can ride the bus all day for free (and get other discounts).
Dining at the restaurant follows a set menu, not a la carte. That will appeal many half-board guests. We also joined the fixed menu for 2 of 5 days, the food was surprisingly good for a small price.
The sauna/indoor pool facilities are very good and extensive, though the gym is small with 4 machines and 3 pairs of dumbbells.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The downside was the traffic driving by at night, but with the double-glass windows and shutters closed, it wasn’t that bad after the first night.
There’s an elevator. Minibar (empty) in the room. Balcony for us smokers. We had a nice contact with the cleaning ladies.

Cons:

I had picked the hotel for the gym, but it was too small. But in the end, I didn’t have enough time to work out because there was a lot going on around the location. Also the sauna and pool made up for that.
