Ein rundum sehr hochwertiges Hotel mit wunderschönem, modernem Holzdesign, tollen Zimmern und ausgezeichnetem Service. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Frühstück, die sehr gute Halbpension, den schönen Spa- und Saunabereich mit professionellen Aufgüssen sowie den Pool- und Fitnessbereich. Auch die inkludierte Berg- und Talfahrt auf die Planai ist ein schönes Extra.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es für uns nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Lediglich die Innen- und Außenpools sind nicht besonders groß und können zu Stoßzeiten etwas voll werden.

Opuštajuć i ugodan boravak koji bih svakome preporučila.
Pros:

Svidjela mi se čistoća, urednost, udobnost hotela. Susretljivo osoblje, posebice konobar Nebojša koji nas je posluživao svaku večer. Lokacija hotela je fantastična, svega par minuta hoda od žičare Planai i starog dijela grada.

Cons:

Ono što je meni falilo u sobi jest kuhalo za vodu i čakevi. U sobi je bio aparat za kavu, no kako sam ja osoba koja voli čaj, nadodala bih malo kuhalo što većina hotela s 4. ili 5. zvjezdica ima uz aparat za kavu.

Comfortable stay in Schladming
Pros:

This hotel is well-located, close to major routes and some options for cable cars. The car park isn’t huge but we didn’t struggle for a space at any point in the quieter season.

We had a clean and comfortable room, with a small but enjoyable balcony. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The air con was temperamental, and wouldn’t always stay on overnight, but we managed well enough.

The pool and spa areas are beautiful. The main outdoor pool is pretty small for a hotel of that size, but it was clean. We loved the options for saunas and the steam room, and we made use of the aufguss and healing sessions in the steam. The outdoor nude area is lovely and quiet too, but had limited space.

The breakfast had plenty of options and some variety. You can get hot and cold options, including a choice of omelette.

Dinner was four courses each night and the food was consistently high quality. The wait staff were friendly and efficient and we were never waiting for long.

My only issue was being told that I couldn’t wear flip flops in the restaurant, while they allowed all kinds of other open footwear. We saw women with sandals and both genders in Birkenstocks. When I queried this I was told that Birkenstocks are fine but by fabric flip flops (not for the pool) weren’t. I wasn’t given any explanation for this.

Having said that, they made a lovely effort for us for our anniversary, with a decorated table and two glasses of fizz, which was a lovely touch.

The bar was comfortable too, with friendly and efficient service.

We would return to this hotel.
